Hotel badly in need of an update, but lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel was very well located, and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Balcony where breakfast was served was shabby - faded tablecloths and parasols. Bathroom dated and shabby.

Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of Verona, overlooking Piazza delle Erbe. Most of the main attractions, including Juliet’s House and the Arena, are just a short walk away.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

A lovely, welcoming hotel and a perfect base for exploring Verona. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great Hotel in the heart of the beautiful City of Verona.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful City of Verona. Taxi rank right outside, good value for money and free breakfast. There was a balcony overlooking the Piazza Erbe so had the morning coffee there watching the market and listening to the church bells, (see the photo).

Cons:

The reception is on the first floor so had to drag the bags up, but the lift goes up from there so no problem.

Pros:

Emplacement excellent pour visiter Vérone ou accéder facilement à pied aux Arènes (pour l'opéra). Personnel très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner.

Friendly and helpful staff. They all spoke good English . The location is brilliant. The room was clean and water was available. Breakfast was continental with amazing home made cake. The reception is manned 24/7.

Cons:

There are some spiral steps up to reception so may not be suitable for people with poor mobility. The lift is only from reception to the rooms.

Ein wunderbar gemütliches, sehr sauberes Hotel mit herzlicher Atmosphäre in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel Aurora rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist authentisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber und sehr liebevoll geführt. Die Betten waren wunderbar bequem und das Frühstück hervorragend – frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Besonders schön fanden wir die herzliche und persönliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass das Hotel mit viel Engagement geführt wird.

Auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, was uns besonders gefreut hat. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: direkt im Zentrum von Verona und ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr in einem so netten und angenehmen Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel Aurora uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt - mitten in der Innenstadt - dadurch sehr kurze Gehwege zur Arena und zu Restaurants
