A little gem 💎 in the middle of everything
Pros:

What is not to like about this gorgeous boutique hotel? From the location to the staff members, everything was exceptional. I was very disappointed that I only booked it for one night because our stay in Verona should have been at least for 2 to 3 days. I will definitely come back because the experience we had coming back from hours of walking being greeted with respect and happiness was gold.

Exzellente Lage an einem belebten Platz im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt. Schönes, historisches Haus mit toller Terrasse zur Piazza delle Erbe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Nur wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer, was für das Laden des Smartphones nicht ideal war.

Perfect family run small hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Taking breakfast and pre dinner cocktails on the roof terrace overlooking piazza Erbe was just wonderful. The staff were really friendly and helpful too

Pros:

What a fabulous hotel, from the moment we arrived we were treated to outstanding customer service. We were greeted by Caterina at the reception desk, who immediately welcomed us with warmth. When we enquired about a dinner venue, she not only recommended but booked us into a wonderful local restaurant. She also directed us to a local pub to watch the world cup. We have travelled to many hotels in several countries around the world and I can safely say this is one the the best greetings on arrival we have had. Thank you Caterina.

Beautiful few days in a lovely location and gorgeous weather
Pros:

It was a perfect location . The room was clean and the bed very comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast was gorgeous

Cons:

The only small thing was that for some people with poor mobility the first set of stairs may have been tricky

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel is so close to the centre, it was really easy to get around. The staff were so friendly and so helpful and their English was exceptional. The terrace is a lovely place to have a drink in the evening.

Cons:

As it is an old (beautiful) building some steps are a little awkward.
