Cons:

A lot of noise from the street at times, but I guess that’s to be expected from a central location in a busy city. Slightly disappointing not to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Location was great & the view was good.
Pros:

The location was great. Walked out & we were in the middle of everything.

Cons:

Tried to get some drinks on the terrace & we were given the impression that this was inconvenient so we didn't bother.

Le personnel est formidable. Les deux jeunes femmes à l’accueil sont charmantes à l’écoute discrètes et intelligentes. La dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner est souriante et très agréable. Un monsieur nous a aidé à descendre les bagages très gentiment et un autre les avait montées avec beaucoup d’amabilité. Hormis le personnel la vue sur la ville de notre chambre et de la terrasse.

Cons:

Il n’y a aucune prise de courant à côté du lit 1 seule sous un bureau et donc il faudrait un fil de 3 m pour pouvoir l’utiliser en étant dans son lit. Donc impossible de recharger un iPad ou des chargeurs c’est anormal étant donné le prix des chambres. D’autre part la douche est très vieille et peu pratique.

Great position on Piazza Erbe, ideal for restaurants and sightseeing. Great breakfast and lovely terrace to overlook the square from.

Cons:

Beds were a bit narrow and bathroom was tiny but they have all been on this trip!
