Views were not good unless booked in those specific rooms, parking was bad and not monitored much (if at all), location

It was clean and close to beach and restaurants, nothing fancy.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and the location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

The one elevator really sounded suspect and several of the stairwells were not lighted. We reported it to the manager and they confirmed that the light bulbs need to be replaced but they were not replaced. Also the non-slip strips on the steps were missing in several places. We booked an ocean view room and you did have a view of the ocean but it was through telephone wires and the curtains would catch on the support hook so the only way for a complete veiw was to loop the curtains over the top of the rod. Only one trashcan in the room, so no separate bathroom trash can.

Pros:

Emily was very helpful very kind and let us in our room early. She is just the best and this is the first hotel I’ve ever gone to that actually let me check in early. I appreciate it so much. We will be coming back.

Pros:

The pool was amazing. Wish the hot tub had jets and bubbles but it didn't. The sauna was wonderful plenty of parking and easy access to nye beach shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was okay. The hot water to long to heat up. The Keurig was nice but the selection, Columbian and decaf, required more than one sugar which is what was supplied. Lack of pillows for king size bed. Couldn't hear the ocean.

the morning person on sunday the 30th was not very good at keeping things up in the breakfast room and people had to keep asking him for things his name was casey. he was not very attentive to the things that were needed and sunday morning it was very busy in the breakfast room so things kept running out. as i said he was not very good at keeping things filled.
