Staff very helpful and great location
I found this hotel on short notice after I saw the awful conditions of another place I had rented. Staff was super nice and it was the cleanest place I've stayed at.
There's a bus station in front of the hotel, a metro nearby and also a mall with grocery stores and food.
On the first day the heat wave made it impossible to sleep but we asked the staff for help and they kindly provided an extra fan

On a demandé un ventilateur 2x le même jour, on l'a eu le lendemain matin. Certes c'était en période de canicule mais cela ne devrait pas être compliqué de répondre à une simple demande du client. Le niveau de propreté était médiocre. Il y avait des araignées et mouches devant notre porte de chambre car il y avait l'issue de secours ouverte juste à côté. Le pommeau de douche était abîmé et fuyait.
L’emplacement était super.
Il faisait très chaud, c’est très bruyant et il y avait une bouteille en plastique vide qui ne nous appartenait pas sous le lit. De plus il y’avait des chaussettes sales derrière le radiateur. Elles ne nous appartenaient pas non plus.
Wir waren zwei Nächte in London und das Hotel war super. Angefangen von der Lage 3 Minuten bis zur Underground Station Manor House. Wir bekamen wunderbare Tipps was wir unternehmen könnten und wie wir dort hinkommen auch bezüglich des Abendessens bekamn wir in der nahen Umgebung des Hotels hervorragende Empfehlungen.
Für unsere nächsten Städtetrip werden wir wieder kommen.
