La habitación minúscula. No había recepcionista por la noche. No tienen teléfono en la habitación. No tiene nada que ver a lo que parecen las fotos con la realidad. Tuvimos un malentendido con el manager porque no tenían teléfono y las tantas de la madrugada, los de la habitación de al lado estaban fumando y haciendo ruido. Envié un WhatsApp a un teléfono que tienen pegado en la puerta del Hotel por llamarle de alguna forma escribe un WhatsApp a ese número ya que el otro número que tenía no me dejaba agregarlo por ser un teléfono internacional. Hermana del Hotel. Nos quería echar pensando que habíamos ido nosotros los que habíamos hecho ruido. Finalmente conseguimos hablar con ellos y hacerles entender que no éramos nosotros y que habían sido los de la habitación de al lado. Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Nada recomendable

Staff made it clear to us that water was part of the 'mini bar' and would be charged. Mini bar was just Haribo and Water.

good location, but not a great stay.
Pros:

good location and easy to find. bedding was comfortable. nice to have a table and seating area instead of the desk you would usually find in a hotel room.

Cons:

the bed was very uncomfortable, one side is very sunken in whilst the other is the complete opposite so was a bit awkward trying to get comfortable at night.
our room was clean to an extent, but there was like muck on the walls and radiator (this happens semi regularly in hotel rooms, cant expect everything to be found n cleaned, but it always is off putting)
paid 20 pound on arrival which we was told would cover for items we used in the mini fridge, but upon leaving we was also charged for the drinks we used… which seemed a bit strange, but we were in a rush so just wanted to get going, but yeah i don’t quite understand how that works out.
the toilet is incredibly awkward to use, as it is squeezed in next to the shower, only the hand held shower hose works properly in the shower and not the main one.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Manor House, da cui è possibile raggiungere il centro in circa 30 minuti. Stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e a fornire informazioni utili.

Cons:

Le scale interne dell’hotel sono forse un po’ strette, ma è un dettaglio comprensibile e in linea con le caratteristiche delle strutture in stile vittoriano.

Mimo wiadomości by dzwonić przed przyjazdem nikt nie odbierał na recepcji bylo pusto i lakonicznie wiadomości na WhatsApp ze ktos przyjdzie...a napisane recepcja 24h/7 jest NIEPRAWDA

It was a comfortable room and clean.

Cons:

The shower was rather short and it was difficult to fill the kettle from the small sink. Noise from the foyer was quite loud. The table was a bit high for working but ideal for general day-to-day use.

Trip for a meeting and a concert.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. The location is very good and close to Finsbury Park, the Park itself, which is a nice place to exercise. Public transportation, both Underground and busses, is close.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, but there was no elevator.
