La proximité des transports, conforme à l annonce

Cons:

J ai envoyé un mail pour prévenir qu on arriverait à 22h, pas eu de retour, il est écrit que c’était ouvert jusqu a 23h30. Contraints d attendre 15 min que quelqu un vienne ouvrir..
Par ailleurs, en arrivant comme en repartant, les gens qui squattent les marches devant l entrée et fument je ne sais quoi ça laisse à désirer…
Il faisait très très chaud une climatisation ne serait ce que portative aurait été fortement apprécié.

Pros:

Super friendly owner made me feel welcome. Close to Finsbury Park for the event which was perfect.

There is nothing to say that I like about this property. They are absolutely horrible and they discriminate you and they are bullies. Do not stay here if you are white British and you’re a little bit chubby because you will be discriminated as well as humiliated. Racist. sending work men to my room making threats

The star and the room they put the sink too close to the shower door. You couldn’t open the door when I asked if there was somewhere else to shower they told me I needed to leave the property ASAP because I’m causing trouble disgusting behaviour appalling management bad customer service skills I am a female and they threw me onto the streets I’m also registered disabled sending work men to intimidate me and threaten me

Only liked that it was close to Finsbury Park, other then that wasnt very clean and damp in the toilet on ceiling, hair dryer didnt work provided, wardrobe was in the walkway of bed only one side opened so useless really. Dirt and dust ontop on oven fan. Hairs found in bedsheets, dirt and muck under the bed.

Toilet seat was broken upon arrival made very difficult to use.

Wouldn't stay again
Also very over priced for what we received.
Would like some sort of compensation back as room was definitely not up to the standards the hotel states they have.

La posizione dell’hotel.

Cons:

Per il prezzo che ho pagato, questa struttura non offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La reception è spesso priva di personale, rendendo difficile ricevere assistenza quando necessario. La camera era molto piccola e non era pulita al mio arrivo.

Inoltre, servizi che normalmente sono inclusi, come il Wi-Fi e la pulizia giornaliera della stanza, vengono offerti solo a pagamento, con costi aggiuntivi.

Infine, all’arrivo viene richiesta una cauzione di 20 sterline. A distanza di sette giorni dal check-out, non mi è ancora stata rimborsata, nonostante fosse previsto il contrario. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata deludente e, considerando il prezzo pagato, non consiglierei questa struttura.

Ok for two night stay when visiting family.
Pros:

Location good for our needs, staff friendly, room very clean. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that

Cons:

Room small, ensuite very small. Very hot during our stay, no-one's fault obviously. Fan provided which was noisy and with windows open as well the traffic noise was a problem. Bed a bit soft, but this is personal preference
