Die Lage ist top, Zimmer klein, aber sauber.

Urlaub auf der Reeperbahn, mit allem, was dazugehört.
Pros:

Nettes, kleines Hotel auf dem Kiez. Dennoch recht ruhig, da die Zimmer nach hinten gehen. Personal hat zwar kaum Deutsch gesprochen, war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns einen Schirm ausgeliehen als es regnete, danke dafür!
Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Leider ist direkt vor dem Hotel das Dauerlager einiger Bettler. Durch deren 'Wohnzimmer' musste man jedesmal beim Betreten und Verlassen des Hotels.
Am Wochenende haben auch die Hinterhöfe kräftig gefeiert, die 'ruhige Lage' der Zimmer war also nur unter der Woche.

В целом, соотношение цена/качество очень хорошее. Я контактировал с трем разными сотрудниками отеля - все они были вежливые и доброжелательные. В номере есть чай, кофе и чайник.

Cons:

Единственный минус - это WiFi. Он очень плохо работал на 4-ом этаже. Моя рекомендация: просите поселить вас на нижних этажах.

Um der Sicherheit und Ihres Komforts willen empfehle ich dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist preiswert und sieht sauber aus. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Lage ist schrecklich. Rund um das Hotel trifft man auf Betrunkene, unangepasste Menschen und Obdachlose. Man fühlt sich in der Umgebung der Unterkunft definitiv nicht sicher. Was noch schlimmer ist, ist das Hotel selbst. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Die Wände sind aus Papier. Man konnte alles hören: die Geräusche von der Straße, die Nachbarn, die nachts um 2 Uhr Musik hörten, und sie hatten sehr lauten Sex. Es war erschreckend.
