Please ensure with your team either customer already check in or not
Pros:

The check in and check out process so easy and very smooth.

Cons:

After my check in, the door was not proper lock, i just put a safety latch. then suddenly the maintenance staff want to come in to check and want to repair the pipe in the toilet without proper knocking the door or to ensure the customer already inside or not. But after that, the staff make apologize to us due to this issue. Hope this can be improved in the future
