Perhaps a cheaper parking fee for guest. Imagine RM3 perentry in which he needs to send his wife to a meeting (exit x RM3) &;enter again & exit to fetch his wife × RM3... Later exit for dinner x RM3.
Total RM9.
Multiple entry for guest at one price perday is much better.

The main drawback was the parking situation, as the hotel does not have convenient parking nearby. However, there is hotel parking available nearby for only RM3, so this was manageable.
