Location is excellent, and close to pretty much everything nearby to do tourism in Chicago.
The elevators were having a bad time, and delaying everybody around the hotel, and unfortunately the pool was closed.

Great room, comfortable bed, decent shower, great location
Breakfast, whilst included, was pretty disappointing; eggs were tasteless, 'breakfast meat' looked terrifying, too much sweet/bad food. Hotel is a little tired, cleaning product smell was a tad pervasive
Big room good set up and realu close to everything
Aircondition was broken so wee gad to give out uor room and had to wayt 6 hours fór new and wee did not have soap fór washing hands and the Lady in the lobby told us to use the dishwasher liquid or sjampó housekeeper did not even put it in in cleaning
Convenient to downtown and Northwestern Hospital

Tuvimos confusión con el desayuno, pues no sabíamos si era el mismo espacio para los dos hoteles, o el Homewood tenía un desayunador aparte con otras opciones en el Mezannine

No fueron a hacer aseo todos los dias (5 dias de los 10 dias que estuvimos no fueron a hacer la cama)
No me parece que cobren wifi despues de 7 dias, el costo de la habitacion es alto como para no entregar ese servicio gratis
