3105 however the TVs did not work. I called twice but still did not come up to fix connection.
Posizione centrale … praticamente sulla Magnificent mile e vicino le fermate di bus per raggiungere diversi punti … colazione varia e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato
La pulizia viene effettuata tutti giorni con cambi di asciugamani quindi nulla da dire purtroppo però dal piano cottura ogni sera venivano fuori degli animaletti dovuti credo alla struttura fatta di legno dovrebbero prendere dei provvedimenti su questo

Hotel needs to be cleaned. Carpets are filthy thru out the hotel. Room furniture need cleaning as well.
It was in a great location, parking and valet were easy and convenient.
The interior looked run down and dated. There was no water available to purchase in the lobby for our entire stay. The walls were paper thin; we could hear everything happening in the rooms surrounding us and in the hallway. In our suite, the pull out bed was nothing but springs; it was so uncomfortable and unusable for sleep. There was no soap in the bathroom for handwashing. The bedroom smelled like urine. Its a good thing we did not spend much time in the room.

Excepto un manager de recepción que fue súper amable, atento y eficiente, el resto en recepción en general bastante antipáticos, les cuesta llegar al aprobado ( tuvimos un desencuentro porque pedimos que limpiaran la habitación a las 11 am y a las 1900 no estaba hecha
I am very disappointed how my family and I have been treated during and after our holiday. We had a long flight to Chicago and during our check in I was told to pay 700 dollars for deposit. I told the staff that this is not correct as what was stated on booking.com was 100 dollars and needed WiFi to even speak to booking.com. All our requests were rejected and was asked to pay the deposit of 700 dollars, if not we cannot check it. The hotel had already been paid in full via booking.com and we had no choice to make that payment.
During check out on the 1st of September, I was told refund will be made into the account immediately. And as at today, 12th of September, I haven't received the refund.
This is very disappointing and annoying because we are in dept due to this amount and I keep sending messages to both booking.com and the hotel, but no one is responding.
I will never recommend any one to book this hotel or through booking.com because if a deposit is deducted from your account you need to call every lawyer you know to take legal actions before you receive the deposit back.
Poor practices like this should be discouraged and not entertained.
Everything was appalling.
Breakfast was the same and tasted the same.
The elevator was dirty and long wait was annoying
Housekeeping staff was very nice. Room was big with furnished kitchen.
Very worn facility, elevators incapable of handling busy times(20 min wait one morning). Smelly air-conditioning. Just a really shifty hotel, especially considering the neighborhood, which BTW has deteriorated as well.
The size of the room was very big and the view was amazing from our room, we also loved the location right next to the harry potter shop, very close to the river walk, to navy pier, short 10-15 min walk to the bean etc and main attractions, the staff were very friendly, and they offered bag storage.

- THE AIR CON WAS BLOWING LIKE A TURBO ENGINE FROM A PLANE
- THERE WAS NO POOL
- SHOWER WAS POOR AND OUTDATED
- NO LATE CHECK OUT WHEN ASKED
NOW THE HUGE NEGATIVE WHICH IS EVEN NOW CRIMINAL - HILTON TRIED ON SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO TAKE 300 USD AFTER MY STAY FOR SOMETHING, I EMAILED THEM TO ASK WHAT THE AMOUNT WAS FOR AND THEY GHOSTED ME, I HAVE PROOF OF EMAILS , THEY ALSO ACTUALLY TOOK 180 USD AGAIN FOR SOMETHING THEY DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT, I HAD TO DO A CHARGEBACK AND CONTACT BOOKING ABOUT THIS.
The hotel is very well located. You have all the stores and Michigan Avenue close by so it is perfect to walk around and to enjoy a lot of Chicago main sports.
The air conditioner wasn’t very good
La ubicación es inmejorable, es lo que más destaca. Luego el hotel es típico para familias. No lo recomiendo para viajes de negocios, pero en general por precio y calidad pra vacaciones es una excelente opción, tiene una cocina muy práctica.
La piscina no estaba operativa, y no fui informado previamente.
The location was excellent and the room was spacious.
The AC did not work properly during our entire stay. We asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to speak with us. We also requested another room, but we were not given one. This was very disappointing, especially while traveling with a baby.

Frühstück war einfach zu wenig Auswahl und Abwechslung, und das Essen von Pappteller mit Plastibesteck war gar nicht meins.

The property was very clean and welcoming.
My room has plenty of space and amenities.
Housekeeping staff was great - she kept the room super clean and was super flexible with our timings too.
Location was phenomenal - right in the middle of Magnificent Mile with walking distance to shopping and the beach.
Room was spacious which was great because we had a longer stay.
Good value for money - certainly does the job.
Hotel is aged and no-frills but does the job at the price point.
Elevator takes forever if you hit peak times during the morning when everyone is moving through breakfast, starting the day or checking out.
