Accueil au top. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Un large choix au petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, la piscine et la salle de sport ouvertes jusqu'à 22 heures : fortement appréciable en fin de journée. La situation géographique avec l'ensemble des points d'intérêt aux alentours. Une vue du 8ème étage à couper le souffle.

Un tres bon emplacement et un bon restaurant dans l'hotel
Le prix carrement excessif du laudry service: 20 fois plus cher, je n'abuse pas a le dire, qu'un service de blanchisserie a 600metres de l'hotel.
Le manque flagrant d'insonorisation: redibitoire pour moi! Je suis parti 1 nuit avant mon depart: attention a ce point pour les personnes sensibles.
Très bel emplacement , notre chambre était au 7 eme étage avec une vue magnifique . Le petit déjeuner était excellent . Le personnel était très compétent et gentil . On reviendra dans cet hôtel .

Nice big room, comfortable, good food, friendly staff and decent location.
Food is overpriced and limited breakfast options, have to pay for coffee seperately with included breakfast, although the food was good the portions were small and some mornings there were no items left ie Bacon, sausages and croissants.
Other then the food the only dissapointment was the elevator, there was only 1 small elevator and sometimes it was full so had to wait for it to come back around, which you can't really blame anyone for this.

Everything is fine but one night that I woke up in the middle of the night, It’s smelled an old furniture or old house inside our room Then I open the slide window while the aircon is on just to get rid off of the smell and ease the air circulation and i went back to sleep. I think it’s with the aircon or probably need to clean the aircon vents.,maybe?
My son feeling very well and comfortable himsellf so we are all enjoyed. to stay this hotel
Front desk Staff were good. Room was very spacious. They provided ample drinking water.
The hotel was a little dated. The towels were stained and old, really need a change. The first day we were there we had to call maintenance as the bathroom was clogged. Thankfully they corrected it quick. Breakfast was dismal compared to their sister hotel Palace Grand Resort and Hotel.

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement que je choisis pour mes déplacements à Phnom Penh depuis des années. Excellents rapport qualité-prix, studios très spacieux équipés de tout confort, kitchenette, espace salon, balcons sur le Wat Botum. Très bien situé dans une rue calme à côté du temple, à deux pas du Palais Royal et du Monument de l'Indépendance. L'équipe est compétente, avenante et à l'écoute des besoins du client. De plus la piscine intérieure et le gym sont un très bon atout. Le petit-déjeuner est varié avec assortiment khmer et occidental.
