All my stay was very smooth and I would stay here again with pleasure .
Pros:

The location is very convenient : close to the palace and the surrounded gardens ; there a lot of nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood .
During all my stay , the staff has been very helpful for all my requests .
The access to the swimming of their sister hotel the Palace Gate Hotel & resort is a real plus .

Cons:

The building has a colonial atmosphere which is very pleasant ; nether the less some renovations in the bathroom would be welcome

Lovely hotel near the Royal Palace. Nice breakfast and dinner. Great staff.
Pros:

Lovely large room with a balcony overlooking a temple. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One lift which was very slow. The pool was indoors (I think I got confused with their sister hotel) and the gym was tiny and equipment got hogged.

Other than the few hiccups. It was good. Masseuse was excellent.
Pros:

The lobby,restaurant was good and location was great.

Cons:

The room was very out of date and my two bedroom suit balcony door don'tstayed close or lock. Good thing I was only staying one night

The property location was close to city center, malls, and restaurants. Walking distance to pagodas.

Cons:

The property is a little outdated and some additional cleaning can be addressed in bathrooms.

Le fait de devoir laisser une caution et d'avoir dû attendre pour la restitution. Je ne comprends pas le système, c'est dommage cela gâche un peu le plaisir...

Comfortable, safe, cool refuge from the heat and noise of Phnom Penh outside.
Pros:

Spacious and quiet room with kitchenette, very pleasant and refined atmosphere, good restaurant with free breakfast and quality foods, charming and helpful staff. Excellent location near Palace and river walk.

Cons:

When I first arrived I had a slightly poor impression - it didn’t seem as nice as the photos because of the somewhat stained sandstone front steps and the somewhat worn front desk counter top.

However in general it was a well maintained , elegant and comfortable hotel.

It would not be hard to scrub the front steps to remove the stains and to revarnish the countertop of the front desk.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were smiling n helpful. The gym ,pool were good. The rooms were clean, bigg an extremely comfortable,with good amenities. The location was close to the sightseeing and some local markets.
