Jardins i ubicació
La habitació que ens van donar no corresponia a la nostre reserva, bany extremadament petit, per entrar al WC tenies que primer tancar la Porta del bany, la resta de la habitació era correcte, tot i que només havia una finestra, no està fotografiada a cap catàleg de Booking, nosaltres vàrem pagar una categoria superior, el hotel No era ple.
L’esmorzar pèssim i escàs ,poc pa q vàrem tenir q demanar q ens en portessin , també e suc de taronja q s’havia acabat. Ens ha quedat un mal record .
The property is so elegant, well maintained and beautiful. The staf was amazing. And super dogfriendly. Loved it and will be back.

Hay poco personal y en ocasiones tuvimos que esperar bastante en que nos atendieran correctamente. El restaurante centraba mucha atención y como huespedes en ocasiones nos sentimos en segundo plano.
El baño olía a humedad.
El hotel es precioso, con mucho encanto y una ubicación excepcional, y tanto la comida como el desayuno son de buena calidad.
Sin embargo, el servicio nos decepcionó especialmente la primera noche. Tardaron más de 30 minutos en servirnos dos copas de vino y la explicación fue que no esperaban tanta gente esa noche.
El desayuno fue mucho mejor: muy completo y con un servicio más ágil.
En general, esperábamos un nivel de atención y profesionalidad acorde con un 5 estrellas Gran Lujo y, en nuestra experiencia, no fue así.

J’ai passé une très bonne nuit au Torre del Remei. La chambre était vraiment au top : très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le service est également excellent, avec un personnel très agréable et attentionné.
Le cadre est magnifique et très reposant, et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon. Mention spéciale pour les salles de bain à la japonaise, une vraie découverte et particulièrement agréables !
Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
