As a part of our commitment to enhance our resort and elevate guest experiences, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is currently transforming our guest rooms into fresh contemporary design. We have several works ongoing in limited part of the building and guest elevators. The swimming pool area and other recreational facilities will remain open for guests’ use, however intermittent noise may be experienced. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time and any noisy work will be limited to Mondays to Sundays, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Early check in starting from 09:01 until 14:00 will incur nominal additional charge at 25% from the standard room rate.
Early check in starting from 6:01 until 09:00 WIB will be charged 50% from the standard room rates.
Early check in before 6:00 will be charged the full 1-night room rate.

Beautiful hotel with amazing park and swimming pool, very friendly staff, great food and spa.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel (rooms are a bit outdated), the park and the swimming pool are superb. Staff is very nice and the spa/massage amazing. The different restaurants are good and offer a lot of options to explore indonesian food. We loved it and definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay again (!) We will be back.
Pros:

loved the breakfast, rooms and all facilities. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had to put an extra bed in our room at the last minute and it was no problem at all. Thankyou!

La salle de sport est petite et surtout la climatisation n'était pas à la hauteur ce qui limite la possibilité de faire du sport

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, but breakfast was truly a highlight each morning. Camera non all'altezza ma in struttura bellissima
Pros:

L'hotel è circondato da un campo da golf e da vegetazione lussureggiante e molto curata. Piscina molto grande e sempre immersa nel verde, con lettini dislocati in diversi punti e quindi ottima per rilassarsi. Spazi comuni curatissimi e scenografici, sicuramente da 5 stelle. Abbiamo cenato 2 volte nel ristorante dell'hotel adiacente al campo da golf, ampia scelta e buona qualità dei piatti. Colazione molto varia con diverse postazioni di cibo locale (noodles preparati al momento, ecc.) ma anche buona scelta di dolce e salato "occidentale", possibilità di uova e omelette cucinate al momento. Spa non particolarmente elegante ma il massaggio giavanese ci è piaciuto (diverso da quello provato a Bali, questo è stato decisamente più intenso).
Circa un'ora e mezza in macchina dal Borobudur e un'oretta scarsa da Prambanan. Per andare in città verso le 17 ci abbiamo messo circa mezz'ora di macchina, causa traffico. Staff (come in tutte le nostre esperienze di alberghi in Indonesia) sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra camera con terrazzino al sesto piano non era purtroppo all'altezza del resto della struttura: lenzuola usurate (anche con qualche buchino e qualche macchia datata qua e là), bagno piuttosto piccolo (vasca con tenda per la doccia) e problemi allo scarico del wc. Non abbiamo comunque segnalato nulla all'hotel.

Heerlijk, we hebben genoten!
Pros:

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf met ons gezin gehad. Het prachtige hotel ligt in een groene omgeving die zeer goed wordt bijgehouden (complimenten aan het personeel!). Prima bedden en een heerlijk ontbijt. Ook dineren kan je er prima, er is genoeg keuze. Personeel kende na een dag onze favoriete drankjes! Het zwembad is heerlijk en was voor ons de kers op de taart. Waar we op andere plekken geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad, omdat we ons daar niet comfortabel bij voelden hebben we hier allemaal genoten van het zwembad. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Een van de kinderen was niet helemaal fit, waardoor het kind niet van het terrein af is geweest. Dat was geen straf, want je kan er wandelen, er zijn buiten grote houten spelletjes, de vissen konden gevoerd worden, etc. Er is op het terrein ook een kleine gym, kan je zelf openen met kamersleutel. Handig! En dat alles in een rustige oase aan de rand van de stad. We hebben genoten!

Cons:

We hadden een oudere kamer, voor ons prima. Badkamer was netjes, maar je zag dat het niet heel nieuw meer is. Verder wat kleinigheidjes: we hadden aanvankelijk een bed te weinig, maar dat werd netjes opgelost. Vervolgens hadden we echter ook steeds een handdoek te weinig. Bij een 5* hotel verwacht je eigenlijk dat dit soort dingen vanzelf worden opgemerkt. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam, al kan het soms wat efficiënter. Alhoewel… ook dat heeft ergens wel z’n charme ;-)
