Important information:

As a part of our commitment to enhance our resort and elevate guest experiences, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is currently transforming our guest rooms into fresh contemporary design. We have several works ongoing in limited part of the building and guest elevators. The swimming pool area and other recreational facilities will remain open for guests’ use, however intermittent noise may be experienced. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience during this time and any noisy work will be limited to Mondays to Sundays, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Early check in starting from 09:01 until 14:00 will incur nominal additional charge at 25% from the standard room rate.
Early check in starting from 6:01 until 09:00 WIB will be charged 50% from the standard room rates.
Early check in before 6:00 will be charged the full 1-night room rate.
Please contact the hotel directly after booking for more information on the extra charges.

As of 7 May 2021, for honeymooner set up, there will be an additional charge (IDR 100.000) per stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Het personeel was geweldig. Zeer vriendelijk en attent. Het zwembad was heerlijk. De gerenoveerde kamer prima (redelijk standaard). Het eten (inclusief ontbijt) erg goed, volop keuze.

Cons:

Ik zou niets kunnen verzinnen.

Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, relaxing stay
Pros:

This place is like a little slice of heaven. In a busy city, you truly feel like you're getting away from it all. The greenery and gardens are lovely, and we enjoyed everything about the property. My sister and I took deep sighs and felt our heart rates drop the minute we stepped onto the large, elegant grounds.

The pool is wonderful, though it does get quite crowded on weekends. Even so, don't miss the temple-themed waterslide — it's so much fun.

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. When I pointed out that the room I'd been given did not match the Booking.com listing, they went out of their way to find me a new room, effectively giving us an upgrade. They were incredibly kind about the whole situation.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The complimentary photo shoot was a fun added bonus—the first time I've ever encountered that at a hotel!

Cons:

Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent—sometimes the room was immaculate; other times, towels were left on the floor or not replaced.

The hotel also has a resort feel, which is great if you're looking to leave the hubbub of Yogyakarta behind. That said, it also means you're a bit farther from restaurants and other attractions than you would be if you picked a central city hotlel.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal 🤩
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Toll waren der Poolbereich und das Fitnessstudio sowie das Frühstück!

Das Personal war phänomenal, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, wirklich hervorragend!

Die 120-minütige Paarmassage (von Sari und Dewi) war auch sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das Abendessen war in Ordnung und der Wellnessbereich (kleine Sauna, ein heißes und ein kaltes kleines Becken) war teilweise etwas schmutzig.

Ein größerer Minuspunkt war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer; für einen guten Schlaf in der Hochsaison sind Ohropax also unerlässlich.

Außerdem fanden eines Abends um halb 12 gegenüber von meinem Zimmer Renovierungsarbeiten statt, was etwas störend war.

Prachtig hotel, veel faciliteiten, groen (wij hebben gewandeld& hardlopen), mooi zwembad voor alle leeftijden , heel vriendelijke personeel (behulpzaam & gastvrij). Veel variatie van eten zoals west & traditionele locaal. Zeker aanraden!

Het geluid van de lift die elke keer horen piepen.
