Hôtel très bien situé et très beau. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.

Pros:

The rooftop pool and bar area was great and the staff were very friendly. Cleaned the room everyday.

Cons:

The hair dryer didn’t work very well and you can’t flush toilet paper (which is common in Oaxaca). The room was quite small but this was reflected in the price

Pros:

Really helpful staff especially on reception. Great breakfast really filling didn’t need lunch! Nice roof terrace, great location in centre of town, good security, desk available to book tours etc

Cons:

Slightly dated and rooms could do with good air outs but this was fairly minor. I’d stay again!

Nice hotel in convenient area close to everything
Pros:

Location, breakfast and pool were excellent.

Cons:

Rooms do not have refrigerators. Air Conditioner vent blows air directly on you while in bed. Interior rooms lack sunlight and outdoor air. Shower floor needs rubber mat to prevent slipping—very dangerous.

A Very Special Experience
Pros:

This gorgeous hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building located in central Oaxaca City, Mexico on the Acala, a car free street within walking distance of great shops, street markets, cultural attractions and restaurants.
Of particular note is the staff who are welcoming, warm and helpful individuals from the front desk, Margarita and the concierge group, Marisol and the wait staff to Amalia overseeing the amazing rooftop pool area, always greeting with a fantastic smile and great service.

The accommodations are first rate and wonderful and beautifully maintained. The breakfasts, served in a gorgeous courtyard are delicious. This was a memorable stay; we were treated like royalty.
