No me gustó y no volveremos.
Cons:

Tardaba en salir agua de las llaves, mucha gente, mucho ruido, la playa horrible no hay arena pura piedra. Manchas de pintura. Nos gusta caminar a la orilla de la playa y en este hotel no se puede, tuvimos que irnos a otra parte.

El.sistema de las puertas muy viejo cada que salía tenia que ir a recepción a que me reprogramaran la llave y queda retirado ya que el hotel es grandisimo
Caminar bajo el so hasta recepción l fue algo tedioso.

Excelente para descanso y no salir del hotel las intalaciones y la playa estan para disfrutarse

La ubicacion es excelente con playa privada que brinda seguridad, me gusto el ambiente familiar excelentes vistas jardines amplios, estacionamiento amplio

Cuartos sucios, pelos en baños, el panel de luz del lava manos no servía, apagaba la luz y quedó parpadeando toda la noche, almohadas olian a uso, cama sumamente incómoda, cuartos apestan a drenaje, no lo recomiendo, JAMÁS vuelvo a quedarme ahí

The location of the property is phenomenal. It’s right on the beach, beautiful scenery, adjacent to beautiful homes with cactus and many different waterfowl. It’s also a close drive to San Carlos, which was nice, also located close to shopping stores, restaurants and quick access to the main highway.

Cons:

The room we had, which was located on ground level on the beach was nice. One downside to the unit was they didn’t supply enough items in the room, like towels, cups, hand soap, flies. The Internet Wi-Fi was not good at all. It worked in some parts of the property, but not in the rooms at all. We made the complaint to the front desk. They said just keep trying. It will come on eventually which it never did. When we walked outside of our room close to the swimming pool area we were able to get Wi-Fi but not anywhere past that.

ME GUSTO LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL ES UN AREA GRANDE Y CERCA DE LA PLAYA CON UN PEQUEÑO MUELLE PARA VER MAS DE CERCA. LA RECEPCION TAMBIEN ES UN LUGAR PADRE POR QUE TIENE COSAS ANTIGUAS.

Cons:

LAMEN TABLEMENTE LA CONEXION AL WIFI NO LLEGABA A MI HABITACION SOLO AGARRABA EN EL AREA DE LA ALBERCA, EN EL ARMARIO NO HABIA LUZ.

Buen ambiente familiar
Pros:

La alberca, el personal, limpieza, cercanía playa privada (no tanto las piedritas del piso de la playa, pero es playa solo para huéspedes no es liza), los peces que se veían en el andador y la vista nocturna del mar y el cielo.

Cons:

Los precios restaurant y la cantidad de comida cantidad/precio no cuadraban.

Los colchones tal vez sea porque estaba en el área económica pero les hace falta cambiarlos están viejitos incómodos.

Faltó música ambientadora en alberca.
