Stunning location overlooking camp bay. Beautiful room comfortable bed spacious dressing room and bathroom with yet again a stunning view. Great balcony with sunbeds and seating area. Tea and coffee facilities Lovely breakfast with a wide range of food hot and cold. Loved the honesty box offering a range of goodies at a very good price too. All the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help with anything you asked for. Made us a breakfast for early trips Nothing was too much trouble All round a fantastic hotel and staff

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Amazing view from the ocean view room. The room was very spacious and clean, with big windows and lots of sunlight, and a big & comfy bed. The staff was very friendly, and we also enjoyed the little breakfast buffet in the morning.
Prachtige plek in Camps Bay met prachtig uitzicht. Medewerkers erg behulpzaam en maken het je comfortabel, het ontbreekt aan niets.

Pool så dejlig ud men vi fik den ikke testet.
Der kunne måske være lidt varmere og ventilation på badeværelset. Men ikke noget der ødelagde oplevelsen overhovedet.

Tolle Lage am Hang über Camps Bay, große Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick in den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr bemühtes zuvorkommendes Personal
Bei 42° an 2 Tagen fiel wiederholt die Klimaanlage aus, teils auch wegen allgemeiner Überlastung der Elektrizität. Das Hotel war um schnellstmögliche Reparatur bemüht, was technisch bedingt nicht immer langfristig gelang. Das Hotel hat als Entschädigung 2 Nächte erstattet, was sehr anständig ist!!
Wirklich schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, toller Pool und schöner Ausblick. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war super, das Frühstück lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat auf Wunsch super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben
Was wirklich zu verbessern ist:
- Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, ok. Die Haustüre ist sehr schwer. Ab 7h morgens kommen/verlassen Personen das Haus, sodass jedes Mal die Haustüre mit einem riesen Krach zufällt. Insbesondere wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, ist man jedes Mal hellwach. Eine andere Lösung wäre, dass man die Tür einfach per Hand schließt;)
- Aus dem Wasserhahn in unserem Zimmer (12 Apostel) kam nur eiskaltes und sehr wenig Wasser
Was verbessert werden könnte:
- eine Dusche am Pool. Auch aus hygienischen Gründen sollte man sich vor Nutzung des Pools abduschen können
Super Lage in Camps Bay, große Zimmer und schönes Bad. Der Poolbereich ist gemütlich, Pool ist wie gewohnt in SA sehr kalt aber angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut! Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Leider nicht soooo sauber, dickes Haarbüschel in der Zimmerecke und ein benutztes Pflaster lag auf dem Balkon bei unserer Ankunft. Auch das Sofa im Zimmer war stark abgenutzt und fleckig.
Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht, daher war nur noch das Lions Head Zimmer frei. Entgegen vieler anderer Bewertungen fand ich die Straße überhaupt nicht laut, allerdings ist das Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstür zum Haus, die innen über keine Klinke verfügt und daher super laut zugeknallt werden muss, damit sie schließt. Nachts, wenn andere Gäste nachhause kommen oder morgens früh auf Ausflüge gehen, wird man sofort wach. Abgesehen davon, dass ich es ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko finde, dass man die Haustür als Fluchtweg auch von innen nur mit einem Schlüssel öffnen kann...
