Pros:

The room was spacious, as was the bathroom! By far the best bathroom on our trip.
The service was extremely good, very efficient and very friendly.
The hotel is extremely accessible, just a few steps of the main road.
There's a konbini right around the corner for any essentials you might need.

Pros:

Very nice hotel in the center of Kyoto. The hall is beautiful and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The WiFi is very unstable and slow, at least in my room.

There is a laundry but it has only 2 washing and 2 drying machines for the entire 9 floor hotel, which means that it is always busy.
I literally started trying to make a single laundry at 9 pm at finished after midnight. You have to constantly be on the wait for a machine to be free and be very quick. The drier is also not very powerful and takes 1 hour to fully dry a set of pants and few shirts.
They should definitely add more machines.

Pros:

struttura molta bella con grande hall. camera e bagno puliti ma decisamente piccoli. cambio asciugamani e pulizia camera giornaliera. staff davvero cordiale e disponibile. a meno di 1 minuto a piedi da Teramachi Shopping Street e a 10 da Pontocho Alley. Comode a piedi sia la stazione di Kyoto-Kawaramachi (stazione a cui si arriva a Kyoto da Osaka) e la fermata della metro Sanjo; la stazione centrale da cui partono gli Shinkansen si trova invece a circa 30 minuti di autobus dalla struttura. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.
