Pros:

２回目です、スタッフが丁寧で親切でした
２泊するのでバスタオルの交換をお願いしたら
快く交換してもらえたこと
三条駅からは少し歩くけど
コンビニは近いし飲食店もいっぱいあるし
三条や祇園四条まで散策するも良い
京都はほぼ毎週来るので
また泊まります

Convenient and cheap makes me cheerful
Pros:

Hotel Gran Kyoto were excellent.I enjoyed staying here the one night I had there. An error on my end at check in was overlooked and they were accomodating. I had everything I ever needed, it was comfortable and clean. For the price I paid I can have no complaints

It's in a great spot for tourist activities. The Geisha part of town is a 10 minute walk away, there are temples to view and of course the famous market is nearby too. For bits you can't get too local buses and trains are nearby. This was the most convenient hotel I booked whole in Japan.

Cons:

My only tiny gripe is that the technology is a little behind and there are no usb ports to charge your stuff. You will need an adaptor and really if you're travelling you should have one, so that's on me rather then them As I say the one small improvement

Pros:

地下鉄とバス停が近く、お店も多くて便利。その割にエントランスが横路に入っていて静かだった。

Cons:

トイレ使用前の準備の音が激しすぎて、毎回、怖いくらいだった。
スタッフの方々が、確認とか手続き中（特に男性）笑顔がほとんどなくて、寂しい気がした。何か不都合があったのかと不安になるので、ちょっとした声かけとか工夫されるとありがたいです。
