2. Месторасположение. Рядом огромный торговый район. Идеально для шоппинга. Много кафе и ресторанов. Рядом метро и автобус.

Cons:

1. Неудобная кровать (субъективно)
2. Рядом широкая улица, по которой по ночам с диким ревом носятся мотоцилисты
3. Вечером открыть окно невозможно - жуткий запах фритюра
4. Слышимость превосходная. Ощущение, что стены из бумаги.
