一部の女性スタッフの対応の悪さに疲弊した。
こちらの問い合わせ件についてチェックアウト時に受付では対応できなかったが、その後、電話にて問い合わせたところ結局対応できることとなった。受付はよく調べもせずにマニュアル対応のみしか出来ない、機転が利かない感じのため、こちらが、再三対応しないといけないところが疲れた。上手く対応してくれるホテルのフロントがある分、差を感じた。

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, nel cuore dei quartieri più vivi di Kyoto. Collegata a metro e bus per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse di Kyoto, in zona piena di negozi e ristoranti.
Stanza spaziosa con tutti i comfort standard per rimanere molte notti. Difficile trovare di meglio considerando rapporto qualità/prezzo.

若預算不多可以考慮，因為地理位置真的很好，去金閣寺，清水寺都在對面搭公車極度方便，建議絕對是住隔壁的星野，自己也住了一個禮拜體感差很多。
Pros:

絕對是地理位置，河源町三條，每次逛完神社、附近的百貨像BAL、愛電王、京都高島屋回來車站就在門口算相當方便，出來巷口有7-11但時常沒有東西，總體而言地理位置很好。2樓有洗衣機可以洗算是住長天數的一大福音。可以拿免費的櫃檯的瓶裝水也不錯，不用特別去買超商的水。

Cons:

絕對是不乾淨程度，前幾天睡起來很癢，後面4天睡起來有好一點，每天早上12:00前可以跟櫃檯說要整理房間，但是可能是地板是地毯所以很容易髒，不推。看人品了。
