Pros:

Excellent accommodation for children under 8 years old. I have twin 5 year old boys and they had literally the best time at this hotel. All drinks are included too.

Pros:

Very family-kid friendly. The kids didn’t want to leave the property. Very convenient to train station.

Excellent and wonderful stay
Pros:

It’s location, near to tennoji station with many intersections making travel more convenient.
It’s near the park as well, so many attractions near by that you can walk and not ride since i do walking exercise daily

Cons:

The hotel invites you to stay longer, so many amenities and freebies. I will definitely choose this hotel again if i come back

Pros:

Kid's (and adult's) paradise! My 5 year old loved the hotel and even our baby had lots of fun, really a place for everyone. My husband enjoyed the massage chairs, lava stones and free beer. Location is great, 5min to Tenoji station by walk which is a great connection place in Osaka. Train from the airport stops there which is a huge plus!

Great location, lots of activities, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic, close to Tennoji Station and Shinsekai was within walking distance. The hotel offers many activities, ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, we were outside all day and weren't able to take advantage of them all. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary drinks.
To have our luggage sent to another hotel, we had to go to the nearby supermarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us fill out the address in Japanese on the form. Highly recommended.
