Pros:

Increíblemente bueno como siempre . Es la segunda vez que me alojo acá y lo volvería a hacer.
Las habitaciones limpias , en buen estado , el desayuno está súper bien y el personal es amable .
La ubicación también es muy buena .

Cons:

Cobraron $ 15 de estacionamiento....Es común en LA que los hoteles cobren algo por esto...Podria estar incluido en la tarifa.

we like the location as we have kids at Chapman, it’s Clean and staff are friendly

Cons:

The breakfast is terrible, but has gotten a little better than the last few years. Fake sausage.
There’s no ambience for the evening guest reception. It’s basically chips and no vibe. It would be great if you had a bartender or more ways to create a vibe in that room in evenings
We were so exhausted after helping our kid pack and so we were so excited to go there. The bed was amazing, but then in half an hour, we were bored to death and looking for a place to go eat. The hotel is missing the vibe that makes you feel like you want to stay and that it’s cozy. The air-conditioning is on so cold in the lobby. Nobody hangs out.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced every day. Breakfast better than average for a free continental buffet.

We only spent one night, so to sum it it it was a great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for the game and breakfast was a huge plus. Everyone we spoke to that worked at the Ayres was friendly

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that we had to pay to park our car on the property! But at least it wasn't expensive

Besides that it was great.

It was in a great location

Cons:

There was a stench in our room, and figure it out. When we went to bed we found one out of pillows to be soiled with a horrible smell. Placed it outside the door. 20 mins later the room was free from odor.

Perfect start to our girls trip!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, satisfying two adults and two 'littles'. The spa was very relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to Angel Stadium and not far from Disneyland. I would absolutely stay here again -- especially if going to Disneyland or to a baseball game at Angel Stadium.

Great experience, super clean and staff are very accommodating and friendly.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and the hotel is clean and has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. We've stayed there three times now and it's been great each time.
