Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, especially Claire. We had to fly early on the day of leaving and we were supplied with breakfast for our journey. I liked the value for money. Our room was windowless, but we did not need one as all our days were busy in Hanoi and we only need a place to rest and relax.

Amazing stay in the heart of Hanoi
Pros:

Perfect place to explore Hanoi, right in the centre of the Old Quarter, can walk or get a grab anywhere to explore the city.
The team are friendly and helpful, they make you feel safe and very at home.
Breakfast is yummy and lots of different options on offer to cater for most needs.
The rooms are spacious, clean, with good showers and excellent double glazing so you don’t hear the sounds of Hanoi when trying to sleep. We had amazing views from the 7th floor!

Great place to stay with wonderful staff

A well priced hotel at the heart of Hanoi. Superb location and staff amazing.

At the heart of everything and front staff were brilliant.

Perfekt !
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat uns das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelpersonal. So herzlich und aufmerksam wird man inzwischen nur noch selten empfangen. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer nach hinten raus war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Rührei oder Omelett werden ganz frisch und nach den eigenen Wünschen zubereitet.

Außerdem wurde für uns ein Flughafentransfer organisiert, was sehr unkompliziert geklappt hat. Gegen einen fairen Aufpreis konnten wir auch schon deutlich früher einchecken. Das hat uns nach der langen Anreise sehr geholfen und war für uns ein echter Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Das Bett war etwas härter, als wir es von zu Hause gewohnt sind. Mir persönlich war es anfangs etwas zu hart, meine Frau fand es dagegen sogar deutlich bequemer als unser Bett zu Hause. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir uns beide daran gewöhnt und sehr gut geschlafen.
