Pros:

الموقع حلو قريب من بحيرة كيم هوان تروح مشي دقيقة و قريب من السوق الليلي الشعبي خلال الويكند و الموظفين ودودين ويحبون يساعدون .

Cons:

جيت بدون حجز الريسبشن قال الفندق فول دخلت بوكنق و حجزت و شافت الحجز اظطرت ادخلنا وطلع في ثلاث غرف فاضية و خلتنا نختار بينهم و إجراءات طويله لين دخلنا ما كان يحتاج كل هذا الوقت و نحن تعبانين . بس قبل ندخل طلبت الغي حجز بوكنق و كانت مصرة الغية وهي قالت بتعطينا بنفس السعر ما عرف ليش هالحركة .
بالنسبة للفطور من الساعه من 6:30 إلى 9:30 و كان تحت الارض مكان كتمة و لا نوافذ ولا هوا و الأكل غير متنوع و عادي جدا

Overall still a pleasant stay experience but there is definitely room for improvement for a better environment.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Exceptional breakfast food

Cons:

As a boutique hotel, the rooms were smaller than what was advertised. Fixtures appeared to be outdated, making the rooms less appealing to the visitors.

Additionally, the hotel can consider revising policies around AC usage. Especially it takes a very long time for the room to cool down especially returning to the room on a hot day.

Great location, good food and amazing customer service
Pros:

Great location, easy to get where we needed too!
Breakfast was good, can request eggs to order included on breakfast.
Staff are really great, we arrived at 2am in the morning, and were prepared for us, and checked in very quickly.
Very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and attentive staff.
Pros:

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Great location walking distance from most sights.

Cons:

The breakfast needs more attention, especially replenishing items that have run out. Nearly empty dishes at 08:00 is not a good look.

One odd thing was that our room was provided with a kettle but it did not fit Vietnamese plugs!

6성급 호텔에 있는 직원의 서비스를 받은 것 같습니다.
저 같은 경우, 하노이에만 머문것이 아니기 때문에... 하롱베이, 사파, 닌빈등~ 이동이 잦고, 연달아 숙박하지 못하여 중간 중간에 머물렀습니다. 그래서 질문도 꽤 많았고, 며칠을 짐을 맡겼는데 모든 질문에 대한 답은 모두 ok였습니다... 모든 질문에 친절하게 답변해주셨습니다. 너무 감사드립니다. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
조식은 6시30분부터 시작입니다. 매일 새로운 것들이 바뀝니다.
호텔 주변에 마사지샵도 많고, 기념품 가게도 많고, 바로 앞에 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어서 접근성이 매우 좋습니다.
호안끼엠에 걸어서 3분이내에 도착할 수 있습니다. 수상인형극도 걸어서 3분이고, 호텔측 직원분께 수상인형극 바로 전날에 있는지 요청드렸는데 바로 티켓을 구해주셨습니다. 덕분에 너무 잘 보았습니다 ^^ (클룩이나 타 사이트에서 표가 매진된 상태였지만, 혹시나해서 호텔직원분께 요청드렸고 바로 구매해주셨네요. 정말 감사했습니다 👍🏻🙏🏻🤗)
호텔도 깔끔하고, 슬리퍼도 욕실 슬리퍼처럼 생긴 슬리퍼가 인원 수 만큼 구비되어있었습니다.
그래서 숙소내에서 신기 편했습니다.

Cons:

전반적인 호텔은 매우 좋았습니다만, 제가 머문 객실은 사진보다는 작았습니다.
제가 묵었던 곳은 가족이 머물 수 잇는 4명 공간의 패밀리룸이었는데, 더블베드가 있던 한쪽은 창문과 베란다가 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 다만, 싱글베드 2개 놓여져 있는 곳은 바깥을 볼 수 있는 창문이 없어서 조금 어둡습니다만 복도와 같이 연결되어있어 가족이 머물기 좋습니다.
샤워기가... 압력이 매우 쎄지만, 물줄기가 너무 얇아 피부가 아플정도입니다.
그런데, 알고보니 베트남 호텔 전반적으로 모두 이런것 같네요.
그리고 손수건과 전신타올만 제공하네요. 얼굴 닦을 보통사이즈의 수건은 제공하지 않습니다.
이것도 베트남 호텔의 전반적인 룰? 문화?인것 같네요.

Great stay in Hanoi old quarter.
Pros:

We had a great time at emerald waters classy. Returned there several times during an our trip to northern Vietnam. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Overall is ok
Pros:

The location is very good and convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet is very good, food is well prepared & all the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The A/C is out when leave the room, so every time go back to the room has to wait for long time to get the right temperature. The A/C vent is weak too. We have the deluxe room, the room is still a bit smaller than what we thought. We barely can fit in 2 luggage in our room. The property is very old and not as same as show on the picture on the list.
