Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der pulsierenden Altstadt. Viele sehenswerte Orte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, mit eimem riesengroßen Bett, alles sehr sauber.
Das Zimmer war zur Straßenseite, was uns persönlich gut gefallen hat. Konnten trotzdem gut schlafen.
Das Personal war total aufmerksam und lieb.
Rezeption, Housekeeping, Frühstückspersonal alle sehr freundlich.

Frühstück war schmackhaft, für jeden etwas dabei. Der Kaffee schmeckte ausgezeichnet

Everything, they are all very helpful, communication was never an issue which is a super ++++++++. I even had a room upgrade since it was my Birthday few days back. Nearby shopping was to die for. Hotel breakfast was complete appetizers to dessert was carefully balanced

Very clean comfortable
Amazing stay in a very central location. The staff were so hospitalable, helpful and welcoming and our room was very clean - we would gladly stay here again when we return to Hanoi! Thank you also for my very thoughtful birthday present :)
Hotel Emerald Waters Classy is a must stay for anyone in Hanoi. Visiting Hanoi for a week and going on numerous overnight 2d trips, we used Hotel Emerald as our home base whenever returning to Hanoi.
The staff remembered us, saw that we had numerous bookings, assisted us with transport, trips, and let us keep bags there even on the nights without booking.
We also received a free upgrade to our room upping returning after our first trip. Breakfast was also awesome and location a stones throw away from most things.

一晩で4箇所くらい。次の日ハロン湾ツアーで裸になる予定だったので残念だった。
Most kind and hospitable team of staff ever!! All the team go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and are happy to arrange any tours or travels you need. Property is well situated and clean.

If you are seeking a hotel that offers top quality old school service in a great location in the Old Quarter within walking distance of major attractions this is the one for you.. l normally reframe from mentioning individual staff or writing reviews but this hotel really impressed me and l felt compelled to do so. Special mention to manger Justin & his team, Clare, Jennie, Clare, Tom, Tony, Sam & Bin. Your efforts & consistency during our stay didn't go unnoticed ( sorry if l forgot anyone, I'm old).

Upon arrival we were greeted with enthusiasm and genuine warmth by all the staff. The reception staff were very helpful with information and requests for transportation needs etc. The hotel is well cared for and the rooms tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed.
The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations and was delicious.
We forgot our phone charger and they even contacted us a day later to ask how they could return it to us.
We were very impressed with the attitude of all the staff we encountered!
Location is very central to the best areas of the old quarter.
Customer service was excellent. The hotel staff made the experience amazing. Would definetly recommend.
