The location was perfect for us! It was in the old quarter, but in a not so chaotic street. The staff were helpful and always polite. Everything worked in the room, and it was spacious, quiet and clean.
The signage of the hotel could get bigger.
We stayed at this hotel once before in Hanoi and wanted to come back after our trip to Sapa. The rooms are quiet, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The breakfast is generous, with fresh, good-quality products. The staff are incredibly kind and extremely efficient at finding solutions for travel and transport. Jennie in particular was perfect at finding options for us, even with last-minute requests on our part.

Personnel très attentif et serviable. Un agréable moment dans un établissement très propre et au mobilier bien agencé et une literie au top. A ne pas louper. Petit déjeuner copieux, bouteilles d'eau offertes. L'hôtel est situé à 2 pas du lac.

Really comfy beds, clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. The hotel is also in a great central location and surprisingly quiet!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff
The Hotel was cozy, clean and in the middle of old quarter, which makes it comfortable to walk to all the highlights. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was fresh, healthy and amazing. The best is the personne, Jennie, Lucas and the whole team were so kind, helpful and nice. We felt never just as guests but more than friends. We will come next time for sure again. Thank you very much for this amazing stay.

・スタッフのおもてなしが丁寧です。部屋まで案内してくれたり、困っていることはないか聞いてくれました。
・チェックインの際、フルーツやお茶を出してくれました、ホッとできました。
・部屋全体に清潔感があり、日本人も安心して泊まれます。
・朝食は2日間いただきました。メニューも変わっていて、飽きることなくいただけました。どれも美味しかったです。
・ヘアドライヤー、冷蔵庫、アメニティ、等々、必要な基本的なものは揃っていました。
・Wi-Fiも問題なく接続できました。
・チェックアウト後荷物を預かっていただけました。

The staff is fantastic. The location is perfect. The breakfast could be better . The room was smaller than I expected and needed some renovation.
Beyond the renovation of the rooms -which demands time and money- the breakfast should include more and better juice options ( jam , honey and sweet options are limitted too)

とにかくスタッフの方が全員優しい！
ノイバイ空港着が午前1時だったので事前にホテル着は2時過ぎになる旨を連絡。ホテル予約時にBookingで同時に手配した送迎車で空港到着後すぐにホテルへ。電気が点いてない…？と思ったらスタッフの方がロビーで寝つつ待っててくれてました。
翌朝、フロントに置いてあるハノイ旧市街のマップを取りに行ったらオススメスポットあるよ、と日本語でおすすめレストランなどを書いた紙をくれました。また、チェックアウトの時に夜のフライトまで荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると、戻ってきたら無料でシャワールーム使っていいよ、タオルも用意するからね、と。神がかったサービスでした。
ホテル内はちょっとの階段でも荷物を運んでくれるし、道を聞いたら案内しようか と言ってくれるし、全員ホスピタリティがすごいです。
立地も抜群でした。
