Una experiencia desagradable.

Solamente la ubicación y la cama.

Cons:

Al llegar, no funcionaba nada el agua caliente en la ducha. Solo había agua fría, y en el lavado, solo funcionaba el grifo de agua fría. Solicité que resolvieran el problema, y la única persona existente en recepción se limitó a comprobar que en mi ducha no salía agua caliente. Comprobó, el estado de calderas, y pretendió que aceptara como respuesta que, debibo a un problema de la caldera, un ala de la planta donde estaba mi habitación no tenía agua caliente, y que el resto de húespedes estaban igual que yo. Solicité inicialmente que me cambiaran de habitación, y me indicó que no había habitaciones disponibles. Al final, tras insistirle, y después de mas de 2 horas de espera me ofrece como alternativa poder utilizar (para ducharme) un baño de servicio, ubicado en otra planta, a la que tuve que bajar con mi maleta para poder ducharme. El baño-aseo (de servicio) en pasillo, y con una bañera que, lógicamente no se utilizaría nunca, con grifos y ducha estropeados. Después, curiosamente, me ofrecieron "otra habitación disponible", la cual no acepté al no coincidir con mi reserva (habitación con cama grande), ya que la que me ofrecían tenía una cama individual pequeña, y para colmo, al mostrarme el personal de rececpción que en esa otra habitación sí había agua caliente, al abrir los grifos, éstos estuvieron expulsando agua con óxido durante varios minutos. Claramente era una habitación fuera de uso que pretendieron ofrecerme como última alternativa. Y como no fue esto suficiente, esa noche, al volver al hotel, donde me obligaban a pedir expresamente cada vez que entraba y salía la llave física de mi habitación, resulta que la nueva persona que estaba de noche en recepción no encontraba mi llave. Resultado: me hizo subir a m habitación y comprobar él personalmente, con un puñado de llaves, si alguna abría la puerta. Tuvo que subir y bajar varias veces, tardaron más de 20 minutos en poder abrirme y al día siguiente, tuve que dejar mi puerta abierta para...

Pros:

Perfect location if you‘re looking for something cheap and close to the center. Nothing special, but good breakfast included. We would come here again, very nice staff. Clean and nice room.

This hotel is a high end 1 star, should probably be more like 2 stars as rooms where very spacious, well located.
