The accommodation is modern, clean, tidy, spacious and quiet.
The onsite bar and restaurant (the main reason we chose this resort over competing accommodation) was closed for our stay. There is competitive alternative accommodation nearby. Beyond this, our room allocation wasn't close to reception or the rear carpark to move our luggage easily in an almost empty hotel.
Room very clean, comfy beds and all in all cozy stay. Facilities were great and had options to get everything you would need from inside the hotel. Would reccomend.
Comfort and location
I liked the convenience, cleanliness and romminess. It was located right in the centre of town, but everything you need is at Peppers
The country and western music in the bar ...all the time. Come on, not everyone likes that music - and it was Nu Country, not the bad boy stuff like Willie Nelson or Steve Earl. It was music for people who hate music.
Location was good
It was looking a little tired and they didn’t take cash
Location was great
The hotel is very tired looking. Carpets , need a revamp. Very expensive for what you got.
Hotel was fine, clean and tidy
However Andiamo the restaurant left us disappointed. I accept it is the quiet season, however we fronted hoping for dessert at 7.40 pm with a restaurant and kitchen full of staff to be told that the kitchen was closed.
Lovely rooms and a great location.
Layout is extremely disjointed and accessing the restaurant required walking down the road in the wet and cold.
Restaurant is very expensive.
Met our needs
Needs some TLC
Looks amazing from outside
Is a rabbit warren with poor signage and very long walks from car park to reception and then to room and then I needed a Sherpa to guide me back to car park. No luggage trolleys and help desk was pretty unhelpful.
