Hermoso paisaje, los caballos , la atencion del personal. La copa de vino que va de cortesia.

Cons:

Se reservaron dos habitaciones una me la dieron como lo acordado ,pero la otra. Estaba muy viejita,Muy mal ,muchas arañas se veia que no la habian limpiado fui a decirles en recepcion me dijeron que estaba todo lleno. Pero yo habia pagado mas por una buena habitacion la terraza no estaba limpia llena de telarañas y polvo

First time being at this hotel and we loved it, definitely coming back with our kids.
Pros:

The property is beautiful very clean. Staff was nice. Room was spotless clean. The room service from the restaurant was also good, fast service and good food.

Cons:

I don’t think there was anything I disliked I had a pleasant stay.

Las instalaciones excelentes, nos encanto los caballos y los animales que tienen, restaurante muy bien Jacusi y alberca excelentes, nos gastaría regresar

Pros:

We really liked the attention provided from the moment we got to the place. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade as well, that was amazing. Also we enjoyed complimentary beverages with a 10% discount for the restaurant which was really good.

Pros:

The location is great! We had low water pressure but the staff relocated us to a new room without a problem! They all were so helpful!

Cons:

The first room's water pressure and a noisy neighbor....but all was fixed with the move!
