Pros:

We really liked the attention provided from the moment we got to the place. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade as well, that was amazing. Also we enjoyed complimentary beverages with a 10% discount for the restaurant which was really good.

The location is great! We had low water pressure but the staff relocated us to a new room without a problem! They all were so helpful!

The first room's water pressure and a noisy neighbor....but all was fixed with the move!

Total fail
Cons:

Everything was closed, the spa, the bar, everything was under tarp, there was construction around our room all day. We decided to leave because of it and the stafff was not helpful in reimbursing the rest of our stay, even tho they agreed the conditions were not good.
