A short stay at BCH, filled with wonderful memories.😍
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Batam City Hotel.
The location was excellent and one of the highlights of our trip. It is conveniently located within walking distance of BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall, making shopping and dining very accessible. It was also easy for us to visit our favourite spots, including Moni Cosmetic and the Lapisa Penuin outlet.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a day of exploring and shopping. The breakfast was decent and offered a good variety of options, which was more than sufficient for us to start the day.
What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were especially touched by the kindness of the receptionist, who graciously allowed us a slightly later checkout so that we could complete our Zuhur prayers. We did not even request it, yet he thoughtfully extended this gesture to us. Masya Allah, such kindness and consideration are rare and deeply appreciated. May Allah reward him abundantly for his thoughtfulness and generosity.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be great value for its location, comfort, and service. We will definitely return on our next trip to Batam.

Cons:

While the hotel facilities may not be the newest, everything was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, which more than made up for it. Nothing in particular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. 😊
