Beautiful luxurious hotel in the heart of Swansea.
Pros:

Air conditioning was amazing in the townhouse. Loved the lounge bar. Great breakfast.

Prachtig boutiquehotel in een leuke, gezellige stad met mooie stranden.
Pros:

Prachtig historisch oud pand ( havenkantoor) met veel oude details. Zo zijn de kamers vernoemd naar schepen en hebben ze geen nummer. De ontbijtzaal is echt prachtig net als de bar op de begane grond. Het hotel zit op loopafstand van de haven waar veel restaurants en bars zijn.
Met de fiets kan je een prachtige tocht maken langs het kilometerslange strand.

Really relaxing, we will be back.
Pros:

Quiet, spacious room with comfortable bed and lovely large bath.

Cons:

The in-room coffee pod machine was way too complicated for us, also the shower head was some strange convoluted system which was rather awkward.

Suite was just gorgeous, a real touch of elegance, great location close to shops and eateries
Pros:

We were one of 2 couples, one stayed in this room which was lovely adjacent to main hotel. I stayed in a suite in the main hotel which was stunning High ceilings, air con, huge bed, beautiful architecture, individual styled rooms, beautiful bathroom and fridge - just a gorgeous hotel with exceptional character. Great parking and choice to pay for breakfast if required is a great option. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly yet professional and really helpful and considerate. The breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect for the city centre and the bay. The room was a good size with high ceilings, clean and air conditioned.

Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rhys at Reception was so helpful, bar staff outstanding and the ladies who served breakfast couldn’t have been more caring.
Incredibly comfortable bed.
For such a grand building, the hotel itself is very simple and it works that way.

Cons:

Maybe local art on the walls in the room.

Both the sink and the bath/shower had faulty plugs so one had to use ones fingernails to pry out the stopper to allow water to flow down plughole!

Lovely staff, beautiful hotel
Pros:

Buildings, location, decor, comfort, toiletries, staff, value for money ( exceptional with discount) - all excellent.

Cons:

I could not get the coffee maker to work and there was no instant coffee or hot chocolate in the welcome pack as an alternative.
The room was slightly dark with the curtains closed - which was necessary for privacy, being on the ground floor.
My husband was disappointed there is no longer a restaurant on site.

I had a wonderful stay at Morgan's Hotel in Swansea. The hotel is beautifully presented, with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal, within easy walking distance of the marina, city centre, shops, and restaurants, making it a fantastic base for visiting Swansea.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Morgan's Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Swansea.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The location was good for Swansea city centre.

Cons:

It is unavoidable with a property like this, but the breakfast room was very loud… the sound echos off all surfaces….. but still a nice period room.
Apart from that. All was good.
