Everything, nothing to dislike. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious

We stayed in the Cheriton room which was through the courtyard. Nice room, had to close the curtains as people were walking past the window on the street which made the room darker so had to keep the lights on. Nice little touches, coffee maker, biscuits and complimentary daily water. Lovely big bathroom, loved the shower, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. All members of staff were lovely and polite and went out of their way to make our stay accommodating. We will stay here again next time we come down but I think I will ask for a room upstairs.

First time staying in a room not in the hotel. It didn’t disappoint room was perfect

The receptionist when we checked in on Friday night was great.

We had a room in the original building which was a good size as was the bathroom - but lacking any place to put toiletry bags, always a bugbear for me! Unfortunately our outlook was onto the back of a derelict /unoccupied building which was rather depressing. Although this old building has been renovated to a reasonable standard it was a shame the old sash windows had been painted shut, so we couldn’t open one and there appeared to be no extractor system in the bathroom so one cooler day bad condensation on windows throughout. Bed very comfortable, room spotless, breakfast had plenty of good choices, all staff pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 nights here.

I’ve stayed at Morgans a few times now and I honestly love this hotel. Every time I come back, it’s just as good. It’s elegant and beautiful, but without ever feeling stuffy. It’s warm, friendly and has so much character.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Swansea, and the rooms are beautiful and really well appointed. I especially love that they’re all a little different, with their own character and charm, which fits perfectly with the townhouse feel of the hotel.
Everyone here is lovely and genuinely goes out of their way to make sure you’re looked after.
They were particularly wonderful to us earlier this year, and Hayley deserves a special mention. She took care of absolutely everything we could think of. She is always kind, funny and warm, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for her. She really is a credit to Morgans.

Another absolutely excellent stay. It’s one of those places that just gets everything right, and I genuinely can’t recommend Morgans and the people here enough. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful, from the lovely decor to the excellent service. A special mention must go to Hayley, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We were also so impressed by how friendly and welcoming all the staff were to our 9 year old daughter. They made her feel really special and included, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family.
A wonderful hotel with a genuinely lovely team. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it!

Breakfast good but air con too high

Ideally located, just a five minute walk from all that you need, close but set back. Great, pleasant, helpful staff. Really good breakfast experience and choice. Not our first visit and certainly not our last.

The location is good and the room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful. The decor, for us, did not match the style and grandeur of the building and we felt breakfast was below par.
