Best hotel in Swansea
Pros:

Everythig, amazing building with perfect location. Very stylish bar and delicious breakfast. Rooms very spacious, everything you need is there. Big comfortable beds. Staff always happy to answer all your questions and very helpful.

Would have rated a 10 but the Saturday night private function was far too loud.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, very friendly staff and a great location

Cons:

An event on the Saturday Evening which went on until midnight, sounded like a rave! Far too loud. I love music but this was ridiculous .

Absolutely brilliant, first class hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic central location. Really helpful and friendly staff. Little touches such as complimentary water and fresh flowers on the breakfast table!

The room was lovely and comfortable, staff friendly

Cons:

Only problem was breakfast would have be nice if tea and coffee and toast was served at your table in pots as all hotels we have previously stayed in that is the service provided.

Real ambience within a historic building, with all the modern luxuries.
Pros:

Really nice rooms, with character but extremely well maintained for an old property with so much history. Bathroom was plush, beds comfortable and it's clear they've put real thought into the feel of the place. Highly recommended if you're in Swansea.

Cons:

Nothing that I could think of. Maybe the lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter.
