Pros:

De sfeer van het Morgans is erg prettig, het personeel behulpzaam. Prachtige bar en ontbijtzaal. Het ontbijt is erg goed.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer in het Townhouse. Deze kamer was erg gehorig doordat deuren hard dichtvielen en de buren door de muur heen te verstaan waren. Ga zeker de luxe sfeer proeven in het Morgans, maar zorg dat je geen kamer krijgt in het Townhouse. Want dat valt tegen.

Pros:

Central location in lovely historic building
Extremely smart bar - lovely staff

Cons:

There were some issues with room - fan in bathroom not working, couple of small rips on duvet cover and sheet, no mini bar/ fridge

Pros:

Staff were all very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Huge fluffy white towels, bathrobes.

The staff were incredible and the breakfasts simply amazing
Pros:

I loved the hotel and the staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t stay in the main hotel and had to stay in the townhouse which had lovely rooms but the entrance was like a hostel and had very strong air freshener which made you wonder what it was covering up! The breakfast was amazing and the bar served the best cocktails. It was an excellent stay and a lovely hotel. I just felt the townhouse let Morgan’s down. I would definitely stay again but in the main hotel and The beautiful red annex.

Everything apart from the initial room allocation.

Cons:

Having particularly booked up a room in the main building, we were surprised on check in to be allocated a room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel via an outside entrance across a courtyard ! No view apart from 3 large wheelie bins. Not my idea of a main building room. We complained and were given a proper room on the first floor and an upgrade on top of that. Excellent it was.
