Pros:

We had a rental car issue and had to change cars in Louisiana
So we arrive late and was told that the restaurant and bar was closing at nine
I checked in and hurried down at 10 to 9 and they had to closed already
So I was kind of disappointed in that

Loved the area and the room was so nice.

It was beautiful and well kept.

We had the bottom floor and the people above us were super loud jumping and dragging things across the floor.

Nice but wait until construction across street is finished before booking

They are doing construction on the beach across the street. Would make sure that was finished before booking.

Pros:

The price was good for a historical hotel. The pool was clean even though it had just rained the day before. The A/C worked well.

Cons:

The room did not have a mini-fridge. The smart TV did not have a working USB connection (we wanted to watch something that was available on a phone)
