Pros:

First of all, the staff is amazing and the hotel is wow. We took a room with a balcony on the 4th floor, amazing view of Kafka's head, the hotel room is spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed it very much, thank you.

Location is great.
Just across food court & small shopping center with cafes & supermarkets.
Nice & helpful stuff.
Clean room.

Cons:

Standard room was very small & basic, doesn't look like in the pictures.
The curtains does not block the light & we found our selved waking up at 5:00

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, esattamente di fianco alla statua della testa di Kafka e a 10 minuti a piedi sia dall'orologio astronomico che da Ponte Carlo. Il personale è stato accogliente e gentile: è disponibile un deposito bagagli e, anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito, so che se ne hai bisogno mettono a disposizione un servizio di navetta da e per l'aeroporto. La camera in sé è molto carina e pulita, con un bagno dotato di una doccia spaziosa e molto bella. La colazione è ottima e prevede soluzioni sia dolci che salate, con un'ampia scelta.

Pros:

The reception is friendly

Cons:

Charged me 10 euros per night for bicycle storage, but it is not a storage room, just corridor of the basement kitchen
The bath towel is obsolete
The bottle pump of body gel does NOT work
