Zimmer Vergabe wird zum durcheinander. Zimmer Begrüssung war für eine andere Familie gedacht.
Sofa war zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert. Zimmer war sehr dunkel gelegen.
Für eine Junior Suite sehr klein. Zimmerwartung nach Gästewechsel ausbaufähig. Leere Shampoobehälter.
Frühstücksqualität sehr ausbaufähig. Eigenes Restaurant im Haus nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Service aber Essensqualität sehr verbesserungswürdig. Bspw. Wurden Beilagen vergessen. Fleisch nicht gut.

Uitgebreide wellness en zeer lekker eten
Pros:

Uitgebreide wellness, fijn dat we hier samen met de kinderen van konden genieten. Zeer gevarieerd onbijtbuffet met ook heel veel gezonde opties, ook 's avonds steeds heel lekker gegeten in het restaurant.

Pros:

Excellent séjour. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, avec une personne à la réception qui parle français, ce qui est très appréciable.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un accès direct aux sentiers de randonnée et aux parcours VTT de la Forêt-Noire. L'espace bien-être avec sa piscine et sa vue sur la nature est magnifique. Très bon restaurant avec une belle cuisine régionale.

Seul petit bémol : la carte du restaurant n'est pas disponible en français. À notre époque, une simple traduction serait un vrai plus pour les clients francophones.

Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Der Wellnessbereich ist sensationell. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Und unser Hund wurde sehr herzlich empfangen: Hundedecke, Napf, Futter und Leckerli und sogar ein Spielball - DANKE

Le dîner du soir était fabuleux. Spa agréable. Lobbie et salle de jeux pour enfants.

Cons:

Terrasse condamnée. Bâtiment principal et ses chambres doivent être rénovés. Matelas à changer (creusé). Sèche-cheveux nul. Pas de chaussons dans la chambre pour le spa.
