Not worth the money
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Very small room, Beds very narrow even for a twin bed, poor quality sheets, no reception at 20:00, need to call a number and then pick up the key at a dingy bar next door, no reception next day at 10:00 to hand key back and check out; greeted at front door by group of men hanging out, feels like an unsafe neighbourhood, no private parking or at least not indicated. Wifi off and on, you needed to reconnect constantly to a hotspot. Did not feel safe nor comfortable, left after one night. Poor communication on check-in modalities. Hugely overpriced for what it is. a very small room with a tiny kitchen in an unattractive neighbourhood with no service whatsoever.

Pros:

Free parking, Low floor, (quiet room-could be due to low season) Clean room, easy check-out.

Cons:

Office closed- Luckily found my room key at the main office letter box. Arrive the place during stated office hours. Carpark is behind the property. Need to have sign board or info in advance.
