Bé la ubicació. La resta correcte.

Cons:

L’habitació feia mala olor per culpa del lavabo, com a cloaques.
L’esmorzar per 23€ és molt car. Hi ha hotels millors a 3 carrers de diferència amb millor preu i esmorzar inclòs.
A la piscina (que és petita i un espai reduït) no s’hi pot estar quan hi ha nens i families. No es respecta un silenci mínim, i tot són crits. Ningú de l’hotel vigila i posa ordre.
A la recepció els treballadors donen mala imatge quan els veus moltes vegades tots parlant entre ells en grup enlloc d’estar al seu lloc.

Très bon emplacement par contre piscine petite et petit déjeuner moyen

L emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le fait qu’il y ait eu des odeurs de cigarette dans notre chambre à cause de la Clim, le personnel de nettoyage qui rentre dans la chambre le matin de notre départ sans s annoncer et qui oublie des poubelles. Petit déjeuner moyen

Excellent séjour à Lisbonne, dans un hôtel franchement top !

Je suis ravie de ma réservation !
L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec le métro à deux pas, et tout proche du coeur de Lisbonne.
L'accueil à la réception était excellent, et personnalisé grâce aux bons conseils de la personne qui nous a accueillies.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins pour les clients, c'est très agréable. La chambre était de bonne taille, calme, avec une literie confortable. Dans la salle de bains, présence de Des produits pour le corps de qualité (marque Rituals), également très appréciable ; tout comme les cafés, thés, et bouteilles d'eaux mis gratuitement à disposition.
Top également de pouvoir aller se poser à la piscine entre deux visites !
Un hôtel largement à la hauteur de sa notation et sa bonne réputation !

Cons:

Un léger bémol : le manque de rangement dans la chambre pour les vêtements, mais c'est un détail.
