Had a great stay with my family
Pros:

Great location, good value, comfortable rooms & facilities. Good breakfast spread.

Cons:

Everything was good. Would have liked a free coffee/water in the lobby for hotel guests. A slightly more equipped gym would have been nice.

מלון טוב במיקום מצויין היה כייף!
Pros:

המיקום מצויין החדר מרווח ונעים, חדר האוכל מגוון ארוחת בוקר טובה וצוות מזמין בחדר האוכל ובבר.

Cons:

את רצפת החדר לא מנקים מספיק.
אבל בגדול הכל נקי מאוד.

Great location and perfect for my work trip
Pros:

Super location, clean and sizeable room. I was very impressed and at a good price point. I usually stay at The Tivoli but that was full and glad I made the change as far better value vs product.

Perfecto para visitar Lisboa
Pros:

Todo perfecto, habitación súper amplia y confortable, ubicación excelente, limpieza e instalaciones, y a destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, tanto de recepción como del desayuno. Especial mención a Marcio, el empleado de recepción que nos atendió a la llegada, muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Great hotel located in the centre of Lisbon, very near the underground station
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful, very well located. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn't like. The swimming pool is "symbolic" due to its small size but it was probably impossible to make a bigger one.

Das BessaHotel liegt super zentral in dieser schönen & pulsierenden Stadt. Uns erwartete ein großes, geräumiges, ruhiges und klimatisiertes Zimmer inkl. großem Bad sowie einem echt bequemen Bett. Das sehr freundliche Hotel-Personal und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet komplettierte unseren Gesamteindruck. Das BessaHotel ist eine tolle Location und somit eine echte Empfehlung für einen (Städte-)Trip nach Lissabon - 5 Sterne, wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Buena estadia en una ubicación maravillosa
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, llegamos en auto y no tuvimos necesidad de usarlo durante nuestra estadía, muy bueno el hecho de que tenga parking, hotel muy lindo.
