Hotel très charmant, décoration authentique et soignée, très jolie piscine, très bon petit déjeuner maison, parking compris, et tout est accessible à pied

Muy buen hotel!!!
Pros:

Alojamiento muy cerca del centro, al lado de la calle mas concurrida de Merida. Personal muy gentil y amable. El parqueo se encuentra frente al hotel asi que es muy simple en relacion a casi todos los establecimientos que utilizan estacionamientos un poco alejados1

Solid, clean, safe, friendly and comfortable place.
Pros:

lovely spot. Simple but nice. Staff was very nice. Man who ran the kitchen / breakfast was terrific, as well. Lovely courtyard. Tiny and cute dipping pool. Solid location just north of the busier central area. Parking was perfect...safe and across the street.

Cons:

would have liked use of laundry facilities.

Uitstekend.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Midden in het historische hart van Merida en toch heel rustig. De mooie patio was een oase van rust. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ontbijt dik OK en gratis koffie een plus. Parking aan de overkant van de straat. Prijs/kwaliteit heel correct.

Cons:

De kamers zijn heel eenvoudig ingericht en missen de sfeer en gezelligheid van de andere ruimtes.

Location & staff. The breakfast & coffee area are so relaxing.
The pool & the shade amongst the tropical plants are great

Very cozy and charming hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and charming with finely crafted details and warm and relaxed vibes. The atmosphere is nice and homely. At the reception, Martin was very welcoming, provided all kind of useful information and contributed to make our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is great as it is close to all main attractions, restaurants and shops, yet remaining very quiet. Merida is a vibrant gem and was a discovery for us - the city and our stay will remain memorable :-)
