I've stayed at the hotel many times over the years and it has never, ever disappointed me. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the bed's comfortable, there's excellent internet, which is important as I work online, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything is always very clean and the hotel is quiet and peaceful with gardens and a beautiful pool in the middle. There's a cafeteria downstairs for breakfast and a comfortable seating area with sofas. The hotel is in a perfect area just half a block from the pretty church on the square. There are numerous good restaurants and eateries. It's all easy walking distance from the main square with the cathedral and also for a stroll up the Paseo de Montejo.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions, but away from central noise. Nice restaurant in the hotel with good service.
Excelente localização. Perto do comércio e restaurantes. Este hotel têm estacionamento privado. Quartos limpos com o essencial para estadia.
Personnel au petit soin, emplacement super, petit déjeuner frais et très bon, et surtout la piscine entourée de végétation. Super séjour en plein centre de Merida. Les chambres sont simples et donnent sur le patio donc plutôt sombre, mais ce n' est pas un problème !

le stanze al piano terra sono un po umide però sono stati molto gentili e dopo aver chiesto un cambio ci hanno subito spostati al piano superiore

Très bien situé proche du centre-ville. Mais assez éloigné de la station bus ADO (il faut prendre un taxi 100$. Sinon 30mn à pied).

La chambre manque un peu de deco, et ça dénote un peu par rapport au hall de l’hôtel et à la salle restaurant / salon.
