It was the perfect location.
The room should have a microwave.

La climatisation coulait. Les chambres sont mal isolée.

Le ferry est juste à coté, très pratique.
Ce ne sont pas les fenêtres à double épaisseur, on entend tous les bruits.

Malheureusement la climatisation était timide , il a fallut la mettre à 18 degrés afin de ressentir un peu de fraîcheur
The rooms were very well kept, and we were extremely pleased with the standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff came in daily to clean the entire apartment and provided fresh towels each day.
Although the air conditioner in the room we were initially assigned was not functioning properly, the team was very attentive and made every effort to ensure that we remained comfortable. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Olivier, who went above and beyond to assist us and ultimately ensured that we were relocated to a more comfortable room. The level of care, responsiveness, and attention shown by the team was greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to our overall positive experience.
Our stay was wonderful overall, and apart from a few minor issues with the kitchenette facilities, we were very pleased with our experience.
1. Dish Drainer:There was no dish drainer in the kitchenette. Since cooking facilities are provided, I would recommend placing a small dish drainer in each kitchenette to allow guests to properly drain and dry dishes after washing.
2. Mugs: The coffee mugs provided were quite small and were not really suitable for enjoying a proper cup of tea. It would be appreciated if a few larger mugs could be included among the kitchenware.
3. Pots and Pans: The pans provided in our first room were quite small and did not have covers, which made preparing certain meals a little inconvenient. I would recommend providing slightly larger pans with matching covers to make the cooking facilities more practical for guests.
Apart from these minor observations, we had a perfect stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. These suggestions are simply intended to make the kitchenette facilities even more convenient and comfortable for future guests.

Nothing, I was happy with everything.
I really loved the location. It was very easy to find food and do shopping. It was fun being in the heart of town and running out like 3 times during the day going here and there and coming right back. Loved that there was an elevator so no hassle with suitcases and steps and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.
I love that it was in the center of town. Close proximity to all amenities. Customer service was great.The room was clean,and if you want to stay overnight it's the perfect place to stay at. They explain everything to you so that you know in advance. Currently its the slow season so reception works from 12 -8 /3-9 pm. Overall I had a great stay. I definitely recommend. I did not have an adapter for my charger and reception did give me one for the night . Thank you for that. Sadly I dont remember her name but if shes seeing this she will know.
I would recommend having more water and sodas in the mini fridge and a small snack bar.
