We had our stay on our wedding weekend. We let the receptionists know many times that we were staying due to the wedding, starting from the booking at the hotel. Still we didn't get any special treatment or even acknowledgement. We didn't expect anything special but it's a shame that such a special occasion was not acknowledged by even a simple congratulation or anything.
We spent 4 nights here as a family, and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the center of Turku at Market Square (Kauppatori). It served as an incredible transport hub for our trip. We were able to catch direct buses right outside the hotel to Naantali (where Moomin World is located), Turku Castle (Turun linna), and Veritas Stadium. Getting to the main bus and train stations was just as seamless.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was top-notch with a huge spread—there was everything you could possibly want, and the whole family loved it. On top of that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel for a family trip!
