A disappointment relative to high expectations
Pros:

1. My early memories of the hotel are from long ago. Since then the the hotel has been ”modernized”. I did not experience the historicsl elegance I was expecting.
2. I was disappointed with the fact that the parking hall of the hotel was full and instead we needed to use the nearby commercial parking hall,
4. Our room was not exposed to the noise of the streets on two sides of the hotel, but the view from our room situated without a street view was ugly.
5. Breakfast is available (not included in the room price) with wide range of alternative. I, however, missed the possibility for a medium roasted coffee alternative to Löfgrens dark roasted coffee.
6. I enjoy having a portion of traditional Finnish porrage to start my breakfast. Unfortunately that caused a disappointment as it had ”dumblings” in it rather than being smooth and homogenious. It seems to me that the porrage had not been properly stirred while cooking.

Ottima sistemazione a Turku
Pros:

Camera molto comoda, ottima doccia, buona colazione e posizione ottimale per visitare la città.

Cons:

Qualche prodotto in più in camera cu avrebbe fatto piacere (es. Crema corpo e ciabatte), visto l'alto livello dell' hotel.

Pettymys korkeisiin odotuksiin nähden
Pros:

1. Erinainen sijainti Turun keskustorin laidalla
2. Aamisisella (joka ei sisälly huoneen hintaan) on hyvin laaja valikoima vaihtoehtoja (lukuunottamatta sitä, että tarjolla on vain tummapaahtoista Löfgrens -kahvia)
3. Huone oli erittäin siisti.

Cons:

1. Hotelli on ”modernisoitu”, eikä siinä enää koe historiallisen Hamburger Börs -hotellin eleganssia.
2. Hotellin parkkihalli oli täysi ja meidät ohjattiin kaupalliseen parkkiin, johon on lyhyt kävely-yhteys hotellista, mutta autolla joutuu liikennejärjestelyjen takia kiertämään korttelin päästäkseen halliin.
3. Ikkunanäkymä sisäpihan puoleisista huoneista on ankea (katso kuvaa).
4. Aamiaisella tarjotussa puuroissa oli ”klimppejä”.

nice stay
Pros:

Very good breakfast and coffee. Superb gym. Central location. Rooftop bar.

Cons:

1 sauna only and strange times for women and men. Hard for a family with dinner. Have two saunas or have mixed sessions.

Sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Gym-Ausstattung, leckeres Frühstück Check-out erst um 12 Uhr

Cons:

Leider gab es nur eine Sauna und nicht wie in Finnland üblich eine Frauen- und eine Männersauna. Da es keine gemischten Gänge gibt, gab es Blockzeiten, die unglücklich liegen, so dass ein Geschlecht mit vollem Magen in die Sauna muss oder man isst erst nach 21 Uhr.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen on todella kattava. Hotellin kuntosali on oikein hyvä. Kattoterassi oli hieno ja sieltä on kivat maisemat.

Aamiaishuoneen sijainti oli hyvä. Kahvi oli hyvää.

Cons:

Tarjontaa oli kyllä hyvin mutta esanssinen appelsiinimehu ei ollut hyvää. Lisäksi puuro oli haaleaa. Karjanlanpiirakat olivat haaleita ja melko kovia. Lihapullat olivat aivan koppuroita.
