Pros:

O quarto 302 é amplo, a cama é boa. Os quartos 204 e 104 tb tem cama boa

Cons:

O quarto é escuro e a ventilação é ruim. Como a estrutura do telhado é aparente a sensação é que não são limpos e tem mta poeira. Tanto o quarto 204 como o 104 tem um problema sério de acústica pois qdo alguém usa o banheiro ouve-se a descarga e o chuveiro, bem como o abre e fecha da porta do elevador . O entorno não é o mais agradável com muito moradores em situação de rua e drogaditos.

Excelente custo/benefício
Pros:

Bem localizado na região central de Curitiba, próximo ao centro histórico. Prédio antigo, mas muito bem cuidado, o que dá um certo charme. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos.
