Pros:

O prédio de fato é muito bonito. Possi alguns elementos interessantes na decoração.

Cons:

Barulho do elevador, colchão muito ruim, travesseiros baixos, piso manchado no quarto, janelas de madeira muito defeituosas, pouca disponibilidade de papel higiênico, ausência de um kit de amenidades.

Cons:

No geral, tive uma ótima estadia, porém a recepção da manhã não é tão simpática quanto a da tarde. O check-out é às 12h; no entanto, desde as 11h a camareira já estava na minha porta tentando entrar no quarto e, exatamente às 11h59 (o que até achei curioso), a recepcionista me ligou perguntando se eu iria desocupar o quarto.
Senti uma certa pressão para sair antes do horário, o que não foi agradável. Além disso, a recepcionista parecia um pouco mecânica e não demonstrou interesse em saber como foi minha estadia. Acredito que podem melhorar o serviço de check-out para torná-lo mais cordial e confortável para os hóspedes.

Foi tudo perfeito! A cama é maravilhosa, chuveiro ótimo e o café da manhã muito bom. Era aniversário da minha filha e eles fizeram um bolinho especialmente pra ela no café da manhã. Voltarei com certeza!
