Great staff & service! We stayed in apartments but there was no microwave or stove.
Pros:

In Stonetown! Close to airport (15mins) Lots of great restaurants and was next door to the dive shop & other tourist attractions

Cons:

No alcohol was served.

Highly recommend lovely hotel in great location with lovely staff

Beautiful hotel with 3 lovely pools right on beach on heart of Stonetown . Lovely breakfast, nice helpful staff and room with great balcony and sea views

Fantastic location but a lot of room for improvement.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable right on the beach in the center of town. Our room was good, we were directly above reception facing the road but the noise wasn't too bad at all. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with everything needed for our stay including good air con.

The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and came up with some odd rules. Eg, we wanted to eat by the pool upstairs but were told they're not allowed to bring crockery up so we had to leave our sunbeds and go downstairs. Next thing we know food is being delivered to multiple people upstairs. When I queried it I was fobbed off. Smiles were few and far between and they had no interest in trying to help make the stay special.

Breakfast is blah ... knives and glasses ran out, some bakery items were stale, the lady making omelets was wiping her hand across her nose while cooking ... nothing about it was good.

There is no alcohol in the hotel. You can't have a drink by the pool. Not a huge issue but one I wasn't aware of before booking, my bad.

Overall our stay was good for what we needed as far as the room and location were concerned but I wouldn't go back.

Das Hotel kann zwar nichts dafür, jedoch kann man nicht rausgehen ohne durchgehend angesprochen zu werden. Jeder möchte einem etwas verkaufen, oder Geld.
