Una buena ubicación en general, en recepción siempre fueron muy amables (pese a los pequeños inconvenientes que hubo).

- Nos permitieron usar las duchas cuando llegamos y dejar las maletas en el alojamiento hasta que fue la hora del check-in

Cons:

- Pedimos una habitación con 2 camas dobles y nos dieron una habitación con una cama doble y 2 individuales; el recepcionista del hotel nos indicaba que en su base de datos de reserva no aparecí que fuera así, que solo era una habitación para 4 personas pero que no especificaba como era la habitación de camas (al parecer hubo una mala comunicación entre el hotel y booking).

- También por medio de la aplicación solicitamos un early Check-in y nos lo aprobaron pero al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no se podía, por lo que nos tocó cambiar un poco los planes que teníamos.

- En la epoca en la que estuvimos hubo ola de calor en paris, y el hotel no tenía ni acondicionadores de aire o abanicos en su defecto, por lo que fue un poco incomodo dormir en la noche.

The hotel's excellent central location, but uncomfortable beds, and in a noisy area
Pros:

I stayed at Sully Hotel in Paris. The hotel's location is fantastic—right in the city center—which was definitely the highlight of my stay.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, especially during the winter. It is reasonably priced, and you generally get what you pay for. However, I would not recommend staying there during the summer, as the lack of ventilation and cooling makes it quite uncomfortable.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable at all, and there was no fan or air conditioning. Since I visited during a heat wave, it became very difficult to stay in the room, and at times we had to open the windows just to get some fresh air. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is quite noisy, so sleeping with the windows open was not really an option.

One night, after leaving the windows open and returning later, we found that the bed was covered with bugs. To their credit, the hotel staff handled the situation well and immediately moved us to another room.
