Perfection
Pros:

Everything. This place was beautiful. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was magnificent, and location was perfect. I’d found this place by accident, as I’d booked elsewhere and the place was not up to standards. They were so accommodating to take us in, we ditched the other place completely, and never looked back.
Look forward to staying here again now that we’ve caught the Tulum vibe.

Perfect First Visit
Pros:

Time has slipped by since our holiday in Tulum. I intended doing a review of Zamas Hotel long before now, but better late than never.
I was with two friends and we stayed for three weeks in one of the apartments across the road from the hotel which was perfect. We had 2 beds in the living space and a gorgeous en suite bedroom upstairs which had a very spacious balcony with a sea view. There were also two balconies off the living space. The kitchen was very well equipped although we only used it for breakfast. There were excellent supermarkets a short taxi spin away, so if one wanted, you could make much more use of the kitchen.
We loved the little beach beside the hotel and although the sargassum started to come in towards the end of our trip, we were always able to swim for most part.
We had dinner several times in the restaurant and generally had lunch there most days. It never disappointed.
What stood out for us were the staff. They were all very friendly and efficient. Daniel and Fernando went above and beyond in helping us book trips, buses back to the airport as we all left at different times and made lots of suggestions of where to go and what to do during our stay.
It was our first time in Tulum and staying in Zamas really helped make our stay very memorable.

struttura molto bella nella zona migliore di Tulum, fuori dal caos. staff super gentile e professionale, al ristorante si mangia benissimo.Stanza super, letto comodissimo e bagno gigante.

Cons:

avrei voluto essere avvisato al momento della prenotazione che la spiaggia era piena di alghe, non avrei preso la camera fronte mare risparmiando parecchi soldi

Endroit superbe, j’y retourne avec plaisir !
Pros:

Un endroit calme, familial, idéal pour se reposer et confortable pour les enfants. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et les réceptionnistes supers pour nous donner des conseils.

Cons:

La cuisine du restaurant est correct mais ne vaut pas les prix, nous sommes allés manger ailleurs. Même si le personnel est adorable.

All hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Nice pool area. Wel kept grounds.

Fint hotel og venligt personale, men ærgerligt med tanget på stranden.
Pros:

Flotte hytter med det man skal bruge.

Cons:

Der var desværre meget tang da vi besøgte stedet, s det var ikke muligt at bade ved stranden. Det virker til at bugten er meget udsat når det kommer.
