Top Lage und überaus freundliches Personal
Pros:

Der Service und die Betreuung waren wirklich hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen oder besonderen Wünschen wurde immer sofort versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. Als wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen drei Tage früher abreisen mussten, war das Hotel unglaublich verständnisvoll und kooperativ. So viel Entgegenkommen habe ich selten erlebt.

Sehr grosse, geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Täglich kostenloses Trinkwasser im Zimmer und ein sehr guter, zuverlässiger Roomservice. Auch die Sicherheit war top: Nachts war Sicherheitspersonal auf dem Gelände und vor den Bungalows präsent und kontrollierte, dass keine unbefugten Personen auf das Hotelareal kamen.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Viele leckere Restaurants in allen Preisklassen, Apotheken und 7-Eleven befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, teilweise nicht einmal eine Gehminute entfernt.

Den Poolbereich hatten wir etwas grösser erwartet. Da wir ausserhalb der Hauptsaison dort waren und der Pool selten voll war, hat uns das aber nicht gestört.

Der einzige grosse Minuspunkt war der Sargazo, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren enorme Mengen vorhanden, sodass Baden im Meer nicht möglich war. Der Geruch nach Fisch und besonders gegen Abend nach verfaulten Eiern war teilweise sehr intensiv – an manchen Tagen sogar so stark, dass ich nachts davon aufgewacht bin.

Zum Glück gibt es in der Umgebung viele schöne Alternativen wie Lagunen und Cenoten. Auch dafür hat uns das Hotel tolle Ausflugs- und Badetipps gegeben.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich gutem Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Chambres très agréables, super salle bains. Cadre proche de la plage, au calme. Personnel adorable. Cela aurait été idyllique sans les sargasses, qui empêchent toute baignade.

Lovely beach side hotel
Pros:

The staff were so friendly. It’s a cute beachside hotel. Lovely restaurant onsite. Pool area is lovely (although across the road). Shops and resultants really close. 7/11 across the road.

Cons:

Breakfast (whilst not included) starts from 9am, and we found this too late.

Piccolo hotel rilassante sulla spiaggia
Pros:

Bell’hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia. Camera familiare molto spaziosa e in stile rustico messicano con bei colori. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la veranda esterna con sdraio ed amache e l’affaccio sul giardino di palme, dotato di ulteriori amache: il pomeriggio la brezza dalla spiaggia creava un bel clima rilassante.
Belle le parti comuni e la piccola spiaggia privata (non abbiamo potuto usufruirne a causa del sargasso in questo momento ma in altri periodi e’ sicuramente un plus dell’hotel).
Staff molto cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ci tornerei con piacere

Cons:

Solo piccole cose. Metterei più basi di appoggio delle valigie nelle camere e ganci per appendere gli asciugamani nel bagno.

Hôtel magnifique mais sargasses !!!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien, mais c’est Tulum et les sargasses le problème

Cons:

Il ne faut plus aller à Tulum plus de 2 jours, il y a trop de Sargasses. C’est imbaignable. Prendre un hôtel sur la plage, c’est assez frustrant quand on ne peut pas se baigner… ça sent mauvais ++
Ça sent un peu l’hôtel qui a eu un âge d’or qui est derrière lui car les touristes fuient Tulum. J’y suis resté trois jours et si c’était à refaire, je ne ferai qu’une seule nuit… uniquement pour faire Coba et Punta Allen (même si la aussi c’est surcoté… puisqu’on arrive à une plage paradisiaque, plein de Sargasses…)

Très bel hôtel au bord de la mer des Caraïbes
Pros:

C’était la dernière nuit de notre beau voyage au Mexique. Nous avons été surclassées dans une suite sur le front de mer. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner excellent. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Magnifique piscine

Les sargasses mais nous savions et l’hôtel n’y est pour rien! Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel simple et chaleureux

La localisation de l’hôtel, proche de la réserve naturelle de Sian Ka’an et la beauté des chambres

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir se baigner dans la mer à cause des sargasses, mêmes si la Marina œuvrait d’arrache pied pour les enlever… Quelle tristesse !

Rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant
Pros:

. L'emplacement en bord de mer, malheureusement gâché par la présence d'une quantité importante de sargasses (voir les points négatifs).
. La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

. Rapport qualité prix peu satisfaisant.
. Nous occupions un bungalow familial en bord de plage. La qualité de la construction et l'aménagement sont trop sommaires pour un hôtel de ce prix.
. Absence de décoration.
. Les sargasses amoncelées sur la plage de l'hôtel (voir photo) qui, à l'inverse de certains autres, ne les nettoie pas. D'où l'impossibilité totale de profiter de la plage et une odeur pestilentielle.
