Pros:

The room was clean, and the breakfast staff were friendly

Cons:

I only stayed for one night at the hotel. The room was clean, but there was a constant noise that I couldn't identify, which resulted in a poor night's sleep.

Great stay!
Pros:

The rooms are updated and nice. We really loved our breakfasts in the morning. Everything was clean and tidy and there was a great variety of food to eat before we headed out for our soccer tournament.
Alzira was so friendly, kind, and helpful. She really made sure we were all taken care of during our breakfast.

Great Hotel, Especially for a Tournament!
Pros:

Clean, large, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were super helpful and kind. I was lucky enough to have Alzira, Marie and Sephora. Great hotel for a team tournament. Would absolutely recommend.

Pros:

I have been to other branches of the hotel in other places in Canada, this branch is my least favourite. Needs to improvement on how they treat guests.

Cons:

Was not treated nice. I asked assistance with directions and I was ignored.
