We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel staff were welcoming and made our experience extra special. A very special thank you to the team for the thoughtful complimentary welcome gift for my son on the occasion of his Rubik's Cube competition. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated. These little acts of kindness make a big difference and create beautiful memories for families. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent séjour : hôtel propre, confortable et services parfaits à Orléans Ottawa
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East‑Orléans et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage. L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier d’Orléans, un secteur calme, à environ 20–25 minutes du centre‑ville d’Ottawa, ce qui permet d’être à l’écart du bruit tout en restant proche des principaux axes.

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, avec un frigo de bonne capacité, un freezer indépendant avec sa propre porte, ainsi qu’un micro‑ondes, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. À l’étage 3, nous avons utilisé la machine à laver de grande capacité pour seulement 3 $CAN, un tarif très raisonnable comparé à d’autres pays où nous avons voyagé.

La piscine est agréable, avec une eau à bonne température (un ou deux degrés de plus auraient été parfaits, mais cela reste très confortable). Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié, et le personnel est constamment présent pour réapprovisionner, maintenir la salle propre et veiller au respect des règles, notamment lorsque des groupes d’enfants sont présents (réchauds refermés, cuillères de service non interverties — essentiel pour les allergies).

Comme dans tous les Holiday Inn que nous avons faits, des boissons chaudes gratuites sont disponibles toute la journée près de la réception, un vrai plus.

En résumé : hôtel propre, confortable, bien organisé, avec un personnel attentif et des services très pratiques. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

An enjoyable stay in the east end of Ottawa to visit relatives. Top score for everything.
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 days and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff were great and very helpful. The use of the hotel computer was an added bonus.
