للأسف تعرضت اليوم لموقف غير مقبول في الفندق الذي اعتدت السكن فيه في كل زيارة لي إلى الكويت.

أثناء دخولي إلى الفندق، استوقفني أحد الموظفين عند الباب، ويبدو أن اسمه محمد المصري (بحسب ما عرفت)، وكان يتصرف وكأنه مدير الفندق، وبدأ يوجه لي أسئلة بأسلوب غير لائق قائلاً: “أنت لوين صاعد فوق؟”. أوضحت له أنني نزيل في الفندق ومستأجر للغرفة من أمس، لكنه رفع صوته عليّ وتلفظ بألفاظ غير محترمة، بل وهددني بأنه سيبلغ الشرطة إذا صعدت إلى غرفتي.

وعندما أبرزت بطاقة الغرفة وتأكد بنفسه أنني بالفعل مستأجر، انصدم وتغير موقفه، وتدخل موظفو الاستقبال لاحتواء الموقف بعد أن وضع نفسه في موقف محرج أمام الجميع.

ونظرًا لما صدر منه من إساءة لفظية وسوء تعامل، اضطررنا إلى إبلاغ الشرطة لإثبات الواقعة.

من المؤسف أن هذا الفندق كان خياري الأول في كل زيارة إلى الكويت، لكن بعد هذه التجربة أصبح من الصعب أن أكرر السكن فيه. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة تصرفات بعض موظفيها، لأن احترام النزيل والتعامل باحترافية هو أساس نجاح أي فندق.

الاكل لذيذ الشي الوحيد اللي استمتعت فيه

Cons:

الاثاث قديم جداً وسيء والنظافه سيئه لأبعد درجه المكان يحتاج ترميم وتجديد
بالنسبه للمسبح من المفترض يكون فيه مسبح مخصص للنساء منفصل عند الرجال
غير انه صغير جداً ويزدحم بالاطفال والرجال والنساء مع بعض
اردت وضعي الاغراض الخاصه باللوكر وكان متسخ جداً ومليء بالغبار والحشرات والارضيات غير نظيفه والحمام

السكن نظيف السرير مريح التكييف ممتاز نتمنى وجود انشطة وألعاب أكثر للأطفال خدمة الغرف جيدة
اطلالة لا بأس بها حبذا تنظيف زجاج نوافذ الغرف

السعر ممتاز النظافة الموقع

Cons:

عدم اكتمال المنظفات داخل دورة المياه مع العلم بان العلب الخاصة موجود وممكن اعادة تعبيتها . يوجد حشرات صغيرة بالمطبخ والحمام ( نمل صغير ) 🐜🐜 وتم الاتصال عل الاستقبال وقسم النظافة وتم رش موبيد . والحمدلله
