great postion, even without parking, but several things to improve

position , room size, bed

Cons:

1. upon arrival we were told that due to a problem there would be no not water. we are talking abnout days at 35-37 degrees and you cannot shower ? and no offer for a discount sue to inconvenience 2. the aircon was mediocre. 3 breakfast was very sad, in terms of place, and choices , even though i am italian and used to small breakfast, this was very sad . most items prepackaged , etc. upon leaving the music with sonfs at reception made us think we were at a dance party . definitely not a 4 star

Pros:

Tout était très bien. La situation idéale, le service et l´amabilité du personnel. Un excellent petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix.

Juste un conseil, n´hésitez pas appeler la réception, avant d´arriver, car le GPS vous fera tourner en rond😀

Pros:

La location era molto buona

Cons:

Camera molto basica in relazione alla categoria del hotel. Letto matrimoniale piccolo rispetto a come veniva descritto in Booking. 180/210 . Dovrebbero attualizzare i dati se non sono realistici

La posizione è ottima

Cons:

Il personale è stato un po' scontroso con le nostre richieste e la mail diceva che ci avrebbero dato un pass per entrare in Ztl ma non è mai stato dato. Le info che ci hanno dato per il parcheggio sono state superficiali e assolutamente non di aiuto.

Cuidado com os degraus.
Pros:

Serviço da Recepção e cafe da manhã.

Cons:

Elevador não serve para nada, sobe no 1o. andar e depois voce desce 4 degraus, sobe mais 4 e desce mais 5.
Náo tem servicos para levar ou retirar as malas. Não recomendo para pessoas acima de 60 anos

Molto caratteristico
Pros:

Locazione centrale. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Un'antico palazzo molto caratteristico. Graditi ascensore, bollitore acqua, frigobar e asciugacapelli.

Cons:

La mobilia é anni 70 ed un po' stona con il palazzo antico: sarebbe stato piú idoneo un allestimento modernissimo oppure antico. Nella colazione avrei aggiunto qualche tipo di pane e di formaggio in piú, vista la fama della zona per questi prodotti.
