Nice hotel close to the airport.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport is a big plus if you only want to be close. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well functioning A/C. Great coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

The shuttle only runs every hour. If you arrive late at night, it is better to not wait for it.

Efficiente e rilassante
Pros:

Fue mi primera vez en Ciudad de Panamá, durante una escala nocturna antes de tomar un vuelo al día siguiente, y me alojé en el Crowne Plaza Tocumen. El servicio de traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto fue muy útil.

El hotel ofrece una excelente impresión desde el primer momento, con un personal amable, atento y un ambiente muy limpio. La habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones, especialmente el baño.

Quisiera destacar especialmente al conductor del servicio de traslado, Marvin Nay. Fue muy amable conmigo y de gran ayuda, ya que era mi primera vez en Panamá y me sentía un poco desorientado. Me ayudó con el equipaje, me dio muy buenos consejos sobre qué hacer y se aseguró de que llegara sin problemas hasta la recepción del hotel.

Tuve la suerte de volver a coincidir con él en el trayecto de regreso al aeropuerto, donde una vez más demostró su amabilidad, su disposición para ayudar y la gran atención que brinda a los huéspedes. Sin duda, hizo que mi experiencia fuera aun mas agradable.

Cons:

No room-service, o si hay, faltaba el menú en el cuarto.

Decepcionante, imposible dormir
Pros:

La cercanía al Aeropuerto, el desayuno completo y el transfer. El gimnasio muy completo.

Cons:

Deberían considerar la posibilidad de cambiar el nombre de Crowne a Iveco o Scania. Imposible dormir. El aire acondicionado es como tener un camión encendido dentro de la habitación. Ruido realmente insoportable. Por suerte estuvimos solo una noche, noche que se hizo larga interrumpiendo el descanso a cada momento por el fuerte sonido del tractor que tiraba frio. La piscina necesita limpieza. El cuarto de baño descuidado sin mantenimiento.

O Hotel superou minhas expectativas
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bom pra quem precisa esperar um voo pro dia seguinte, como foi o meu caso. Hotel muito agradável com amplo espaço na recepção junto com espaço de alimentação. Tem um transfer que leva do aeroporto ao hotel e vice-versa, 24 horas sem custo adicional, saindo do terminal 1 e 2, com intervalos de 1 hora.
Se não fosse tão longe do centro da Cidade do Panamá, com certeza voltaria para explorar a cidade. Voltarei sempre que precisar passar uma noite para o próximo voo.

Cons:

Faltou um frigobar no meu quarto. É necessário ficar atento ao horário do transfer do aerporto ao hotel porque o meu saiu uns 5 minutos antes do horário previsto.
