Pros:

Le personnel extrêmement serviable et chaleureux

Cons:

Vétusté et vieux, les chambres et salles de bain ne sont pas très propres
Les climatiseurs fonctionnent mal et sont extrêmement bruyants

Al momento el mejor hotel que he visitado
Pros:

En la habitación dejé una nota felicitando a la recepcionista, una señorita joven, al hotel no llegué en un mejor momento por una mala situación que pase en el aeropuerto, la recepcionista me recibió muy amable y acogedora, lo que voy agradecer del hotel que tenga personal tan amable, profesional e idóneo para su cargo.
También quiero destaca al Sr. Cesar del restaurante, ideal para ese cargo, vas por un café y terminas cenando 😁 por lo excelente que atiende.

Cons:

No es que me haya no gustado pero La limpieza siempre puede ser mejor

Pros:

Airport shuttle service, the staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service.

Cons:

The first room had a musty smell and felt humid. Because of my carpet allergy, I requested another room. I also get headaches very quickly from this kind of smell.

Breakfast: average, with not much variety.

Dinner buffet: It did not look very appetizing for $30 per person.

The second room was reasonable, although a bit outdated. The bathroom door needs replacement, and water from the shower leaks outside.

À la carte dinner: prices are on the expensive side.

EL HOTEL TIENE UNA EXCELENTE UBICACION CERCA DEL AEROPUERTO, EL SERVICIO DEL TRASLADO HOTEL AEROPUERTO EXCELENTE. TUVIMOS UN INCONVENIENTE CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA HABITACION PERO INMEDIATAMENTE NOS CAMBIARON DE HABITACION

Amazing staff, rooms okay
Pros:

Great location, dining room and bar were updated and inviting. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to be helpful.

Cons:

We were moved to a room closest to the elevator and cleaning room. It was very noisy and hard for our service dog to rest. Not service dog friendly. Animal friendly, but no normal service dog accommodations.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice clean room, restaurant for dinner was very good and offers a menu or a buffet. The buffet had a very good selection of food. The bar was a nice quite place to wind down.

Cons:

The shuttle to the hotel was 20 minutes late to the lobby

Dangerous and misleading
Pros:

At check in I was happy with service and I liked airport shuttle

Cons:

At 2am I was awakened by loud voices outside my room. After about 15-20 minutes and it was still going on, I opened the door to find about 20 police people who were apparently responding to something in a nearby room. The one female officer gestured me to go back into the room for safety. I was awake the entire night from that time and when I opened the door at 6am to go to breakfast, someone took my arm and brought me to the service elevator which led into the hotel kitchen. I went straight to the desk and requested a refund and have still not yet received it. I don't even know what happened but the officers were still there when I left for the airport at 8am. If this was a dangerous situation, they should not have pushed me back in, but taken me out and relocated me immediately at 2am. I am now back in US and have called back several times and still have not received the refund. Yesterday I have now disputed the charge with American Express. This was really a terrible situation and made worse by the fact that the hotel staff have DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to protect me.

Precio del agua y refrescos en el restaurante , mi cena estaba incluida SIN bebidas … y al pedirlas te sacan la cabeza $5.00 cada una! Eso no es buena política … se siente uno engañado!! Abusado!!
