Staff very helpful and professional, within a short walk you were in shopping and dining areas.

We enjoyed the stay during this booking. The twin non-smoking room was clean, nicely smelling, as large as expected, high quality amenities and breakfast. The staff was helpful. The hotel is located in an easily accesible area, 5-10 min walk from Urawa train station, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
The suggestions we are making regard 2 double rooms we had the opportunity to see before the twin room. We has a separate booking before this one, which was made from the hotel page, for the night before this booking. The first double room at 9th floor was smelling very bad like cigarette even if it was a non-smoking room. It had stains on the carpet and the furniture looked very out-dated and not in good shape. We could not stay there (as I started sneezing very bad). The staff was nice and moved us into a double room at 10th floor. Again, the smell was not good, but at least I was not sneezing anymore. The room looked quite outdated. Both rooms were clean.
We had little hope for what was next for 5 nights, but the twin room was very good and we would return there.
So, the lower grade for the facilities is given because we have visited 2 rooms to which we would not return.
