Hatten ein schönes und großes Zimmer. Man ist schnell am Flughafen und in der Stadt. Personal sehr nett.
Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.
Die Lage direkt an der S-Bahn zum Flughafen ist sehr angenehm.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das war sehr groß und gut.
Zum Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl.

The air conditioning was not working very good in our room. Also odd room with a small kitchen
Upon check in there were 4 working at the counter doing nothing. Yet we had to self check in.

Very convenient, terminal 2 is a 15 minute walk away. S-Bahn station with airport service to terminal 1 a 5 minute walk. All room are kitchenets. Spotlessly clean, great internet. The breakfast is very good but pricey at 21 euro. Better if you can get it included in the rate. Walking distance to very good Italian and Asian restaurants
The A/C is anemic. If you have a room on the west side in the summer it will be a hot room, all night. I planned for this based on a previous visit and got a room on the east side. Still the room was 80 degrees when we entered at 1530 and 4 hours later the A/C had only got it to 75. At high, the A/C fan was barely noticeable, cool air was coming out, but at a very low volume. The front desk has a limited supply of table fans ... get one early. We frequent the Frankfurt airport and I'd really like to make this hotel a regular but not in the summer, poor temperature control. The rates here vary significantly by day of week and season. It was a good value at my rate but I've seen it nearly double before and it'd not be at that rate.
Sehr nettes Personal. Restaurant und Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung konnten wir noch für einen schönen Abendspaziergang nutzen.
