Frühstück war top. Und die Anbindung vom Stadion mit dem Bus war auch gut.

Fast perfekt
Pros:

Sauber und komfortabel. Gute Klimaanlage.
Frühstück sehr gut aber rel. teuer. Kaffee und Wasser kostenlos auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

Abgestanden riechendes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad. Auch nach minutenlangem öffnen des Wasserhahns nicht besser. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

值得推荐和多次选择的酒店
Pros:

性价比高，房间宽敞，提供做饭需要的基本设施，酒店环境清爽整洁，房间内卫生打扫的很干净，早餐比较丰盛，餐厅服务到位。酒店距离机场不远，不同候机楼打车10—16欧元之间。

Large, very clean, very new room with comfortable beds and great location steps from the S-Bahn
Pros:

The location of the hotel in Gateway Gardens just steps from the S-Bahn can't be beat. One stop to terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport. Check-in was fairly fast at around 2pm but the room was not ready which we understand. The very clean and bright lobby provided lots of comfortable seating while we waited for our room to be readied. The line did get longer the closer it got to 3 pm. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and got through the lineup quite quickly. Our room on the fourth floor was bigger than any other hotel we have stayed in thus far in Gateway Gardens (we have travelled there frequently in the last year and have stayed in a few different hotels). The kitchen was completely stocked and there was complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. The room was spotless and looked very new. The bathroom was quite large and also very clean. The day we stayed it was 41 degrees in Frankfurt and we were worried because many hotels in Germany still do not have air conditioning. This was no issue however. The air conditioning controls were easy to figure out, and although slow to start, the system eventually provided a comfortable temperature throughout the rest of the day and night. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a very peaceful, comfortable sleep. We feel this was very good value for our money and would not hesitate to book here again. Definitely our favourite stay in Gateway Gardens so far.

Cons:

Nothing, honestly apart from the fact that there are no longer shuttle busses from the hotels at Gateway Gardens to the airport (apart from the Steigenberger), there is nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. The S-Bahn is so close and so convenient it really doesn't matter about the shuttle really. We didn't try the restaurant or the breakfast so can't comment on those things however.

One male member of staff had a “couldn’t care less attitude “ we had to almost beg for tea bags & milk in the room.

Trying to get tea bags for the room was impossible & my wife was told that only people with Lufthansa flight tickets were eligible for tea bags! Simply awful customer service. The breakfast bar guy was a real gentleman to deal with. What a contrast!
