No vuelvo al Holiday Yopal, seguiré llegando al GHL

El servicio por parte del personal de recepción y cafetería. He estado en otros Holiday in. Sin embargo, al de Yopal le falta mucho servicio y atención. La recepcionista no saluda, muy seria hace sentir como si estuviera uno llegando a pedir regalado. En el desayuno, la señora que recoge los platos, no me hizo el favor de prepararme unos huevos pericos adicional me contestó para que todo el restaurante escuchara. En Yopal me he hospedado en el hotel GHL y sinceramente es mucho mejor es Todo que el Holiday de Yopal.
En el check out la srta de recepción que era la misma que nos recibió, no se despide, no avisa que ya está todo quedó listo para poder salir, y yo ahí parada esperando a que me dijera algo después de entregarle la llave, justamente a otro huésped le pasó igual en ese instante.

Cocina sra gordita, un poco baja y trigueña.

Pros:

The location was amazing, right in front of Unicentro, making it incredibly easy to just head across the street for an ATM or ice cream. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was very helpful after check-out by safely holding our bags for us.

Cons:

The front desk service felt quite dry and strictly business-like, not nearly as warm or welcoming as our previous hotel stay. In the room, there was a shattered window and a remote control with a loose battery cover. While the staff explained the window was from a recent tremor and offered to swap the remote when I brought it up. A street seller and begger were allowed to come into the living room and harass us, the front desk did not ask the seller to leave. We had to say no thank you to the seller 6 times, it was uncomfortable.
