I get to the hotel expecting a hot shower, but to my surprise this 4 star hotel doesn't have hot water. The worst hotel I ever stay.
Quiet basic rooms for the cost, small, sparsely furnished, toiletries etc, clean, noisy from bar scene. It's in a good location for access to everything and the hotel and grounds are nice, it's a shame the rooms are so basic. The breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about.
Hotel was centrally located and clean. Breakfast and dinner were just ok but the worst thing was the walls and windows weren’t soundproofed. There was a really cool festival going on the night we were there but there was a marching band of sorts that played the same song going up and down the city streets from 10 pm until 1 am and we heard every note. So sleep was elusive… and we were very tired
El Mapi is in a great location but needs lotion for guest. Luz in the restaurant gave us excellent service and will be apart of our memory from this trip.
We had a family lunch at the restaurant after visiting Machu Picchu. It was a buffet lunch and we were not disappointed by the selection of , starters, mains and deserts provided. As vegetarians we found plenty of options while they were quite a few non-vegetarian options also available. The buffet includes hot drinks while the cold drinks, alcoholic beverages wear an extra reasonably priced. The staff were very caring and attentive. Fresh pasta was made on order. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend it for fellow travellers.
I went to take a shower there was no hot water had to take freezing cold shower
Went for dinner food was not enough to fill my stomach it is really a joke that they said dinner was included in price it should say appetizers included
Limpeza
Best bar experience i’ve had in peru!
Location and overall vibe and great service
No hot water in the bathroom sink
A Iluminação do quarto é escura no lavatório.
