Very pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and offered any help we would need. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was soft with fluffy pillows. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Nothing! Well actually, I was hoping for a donut at breakfast. Lol

Pros:

The room is spacious and clean. The air conditioning unit works very well. The shower is very nice. Breakfast is always very good. Parking is easy. The people at the check in are always very friendly.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast tastes awful and the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay in the Canton area.
Pros:

Hotel is a little noisy because it's located on a large, busy street. On the other hand, it's pretty close to everything. Staff of the hotel are quite friendly and seek out opportunities to help.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Clean and conveniently located around everything

Cons:

The manager was conducting a staff meeting in the lobby waiting area during prime check-in and out time. He could have done that in a different location and not taken the space where customers could have sat and waited. It was very congested and crowded.

Pros:

Location good. Missed breakfast.

Cons:

That we could of got hot food on Sunday late 1a seeing as there was major concert at benson hall and the traffic and the rain stopped us from getting at hotel at decent hour. We did not eat at concert and my friends and I were hungry

Horrible weekend at Hyatt Canton
Pros:

We had a really bad experience at Hyatt Place Canton Ohio. We traveled w/our kids for Hall of Fame Weekend Enshrinement and Lainey Wilson concert. We paid $1,500 for 2 rooms, were locked out twice & had return front desk; 2 ice machines inoperable, and they closed down breakfast 10 minutes early while more than 8 more people tried to get food. Hailey was helpful over the phone was the only person who cared.

Great location- not so friendly staff
Pros:

Location, parking, cleaning staff very friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was so-so- food was lukewarm, staff members that checked us in and out barely spoke to is. When checking in, weren’t even directed how to get to stairs or elevator.
