Curățenia, dimensiunea mare a camerei și comoditatea ei. Restaurantul deschis până la ora 9 are mâncare bună, iar personalul este deosebit de amabil.
Good location and parking place
Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat disappointing. The staff’s English was quite limited, which made communication difficult at times.
The breakfast was also below our expectations. In addition, we were asked to pay an extra fee for travelling with our small child, even though no extra bed or towels were provided for him. It wasn’t really about the amount itself, but more about the way the situation was handled and the attitude behind it.
Overall, we feel there is room for improvement, particularly in communication, breakfast, and the way additional charges are handled.

The property looked very nice, boutique hotel, clean and very pretty. The room was nice and had a minibar and air dryer that was very good. The stuffs in the reception and in the breakfast area were super friendly. The location is great for travelling around balaton area and the parking was free and big.
The property is in a great location but take into consideration that Veszprem is in a fairly hilly town, so there are quite a few uphill walks on the way to the town center. Keep in mind if you travel with strollers. The breakfast was nice but the variety was very minimal.
The location and breakfast were ok. In has a pretty nice entry area.
The room was awful for the high price, it was somehow an "L" shape and very crowded between the bathroom and bedroom. It looked more like a staff room not a hotel guest room. Not in a milion years a 4 star hotel.

Grate Hotel and service. Friendly and polite staff. Comfort and clean room, Parking and small graden on terrace. Close to Old city and sport facilities.

Kellemes hely. Központi helyen, nagyon szép kilátással a várra. Tea és kávé volt bekészítve a szobában, kapszulás kávèfőzővel. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A személyzet kedves, a szoba tiszta, a reggeli bőséges volt.
Nagyon hangos volt a klíma. Egész éjjel hangos vízcsorgást lehetett hallani.
