Pros:

Bed en douche was erg goed en comfortabel.
Ontbijtservice niet super uitgebreid maar voldoende voor 1 of 2 nachten.
Daarnaast de de ligging en omgeving erg mooi.

Cons:

Kamer niet voorzien van airco. Uitgerekend verbleven wij op de dag dat het 36 graden was. Hadden onze eigen waaier meegenomen en dat was ook erg nodig. In deze tijd is het echt geen overbodige luxe meer om airco te hebben. Er zijn te veel dagen dat het warm weer is en een airco is echt wel een must.
Hier moeten ze in investeren.

Ontspannen, rustig en erg gezellig.
Pros:

We kregen 's avonds van uw receptioniste Kieke toestemming om gezellig met elkaar in de gemeenschapsruimte iets te eten en drinken. Een super meid die in aanmerking komt voor 'Werknemer van het jaar' en verdient een bonus!

Összességében kellemes emlék.
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezet . Közel a város , de csendes park veszi körül a hotelt. A reggeli bőséges volt - mindenki megtalálja a kedvenc ételét.

Cons:

Mi azt hittük , hogy a kastélyban lesz a szállás - naivság volt , tudom , de ezt sehol nem írta le eddig senki!

Geen kasteel ervaring en een te kleine kamer voor veel geld. Teleurstellend.

de ontvangst was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was prima

Cons:

Wij hadden hoge verwachtingen over een kasteel sfeer en het landgoed. Aangezien de prijs van de hotelkamer behoorlijk hoog was, verwacht je ook iets bijzonders.
Het toilet was veel te klein, of benen in de nek, of de deur open laten staan (ook dat was niet gemakkelijk want er zat een veer op de deur).
Het kasteel hebben we van binnen niet kunnen zien en de kasteeltuin was niet onderhouden. Ok het terras bij de kamers was niet proper. kortom teleurstellend.

Charming environment, pleasant stay
Pros:

I absolutely adored the location, next to a manor/small castle and surrounded by a park. Easy to access by car and easy to park your car. Confortable rooms, very nice staff and overall charming environment. If I have access to a car, I will choose the hotel again. My dog loved the stay as well.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. I would have preferred to have a room with windows facing something else than the parking lot, but overall I was very happy with this accommodation.

Nice place, recommended for visits to ESA ESTEC
Pros:

The booked double room had comfortable beds, decent size. Location is great, easily reachable via bus line 50, from/to Leiden Centraal, with a surrounding park, where you can take a walk or go for a run. Bathroom was clean, shower was great. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

The noise reduction was bit lacking, some of the neighbors could be easily heard, but it wasn't a prolonged issue. There was an oversight on filing up shower and shampoo bottles, so best check before taking a shower. Bathroom and toilet separation make sense if you travel together, it's bit annoying to have use sink in other room to wash hands, there are toilets with integrated wash basins. Some mold accumulated in the silicone in the bathroom though, and this will keep happening due to how the shower is separated.
