Très bien situé mais l’objectif principal d’un hôtel est d’y dormir correctement et c’est raté

L’hôtel est super bien situé ! Nous avons pu faire 80% de nos déplacements à pied et c’était génial

Le personnel est gentil et accueillant et le petit dej est sympa

Malheureusement on a été surclassé et je ne l’ai pas vu comme un cadeau au vu de la chambre qu’on a eu…
Très mal positionné dans l’hôtel, il y a aucun moyen d’aérer la chambre car les fenêtres donnent…sur le couloir de l’hôtel ! Et c’est pire, car ces fenêtres disposent soit d’un store blanc soit d’un rideau peu occultant, la lumière du couloir reste h24 allumée même la nuit… Donc impossible d’être dans le noir dans la chambre on a dû utiliser notre serviette pour se cacher de la lumière…
Ensuite, les murs et la porte sont là pour décoration car il y aucune isolation phonique, on était au 6e étage et on entendait la cuisine qui était au 1er ! Malgré les nombreux panneaux “be quiet” les gens de l’hôtel faisaient comme s’ils étaient seuls au monde. Si vous espérez dormir après 7h du matin pour vous remettre d’un éventuel décalage horaire, passez votre chemin.

Enfin, on a demandé le matin 1 et 2 de notre séjour de laver nos vêtements car il y avait un service de blanchisserie, on nous a dit “oui oui on le fera” pour finalement apprendre la veille de notre départ que si vous descendez pas vous même votre linge, il ne sera pas lavé ! Pourquoi pas, mais il faudrait prévenir au lieu de dire “oui oui”

Był to pierwszy hotel po przylocie. Odebrali nas z lotniska. Personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Sniadania w formie bufetu i z karty. Do jeziora spacerkiem 5 minut. Pomogli zorganizować transport do następnego hotelu w Trang An. Polecam ten hotel.

Emplacement parfait, logement top pour3/4 jours
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de tout, on a tout fait à pied. Vraiment gros point fort

Cons:

La douche et la salle de bain sont vétuste mais ça passe. On y passerai pas des heures

Quiet, friendly and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were friendly without being intrusive. Always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was good, with breakfast to order. Bed was excellent and the air-conditioning was a god send in the Hanoi heat. A sanctuary after a busy day. Despite being in a busy part of Hanoi our rooms were quiet.
