L’hotel sorge al di fuori delle mura di Cartagena, ma con 20 minuti di camminata veloce si arriva in centro. La camera luminosa, dotata di kit di benvenuto in bagno, comoda e spaziosa.

Cons:

In camera purtroppo la lampada del comodino non era funzionante.
Altra nota negativa la colazione: la sala per fare colazione era davvero troppo piccola rispetto alla mole dell’hotel che invece ha molte camere e di conseguenza molto turisti! Il cibo invece era buono con molta scelta tra dolce e salato, oltre a cose tipiche locali.

Pros:

Pedir disculpas. Mi habitación 901B. No encontraba un reloj ni un anillo de acero inoxidable. Todo de muy poco valor. Al final lo encontré. Lo dije en recepción a 3 chicas lo q me pasaba y apenas me hicieron caso. No dijeron por ejemplo se lo comentaremos a direccion. Espero q esta nota llegue a direccion y no se tomen medidas contra el personal con acceso a las habitaciones. Vuelvo a pedir disculpas
