En general un hotel aceptable.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal, especialmente en el bar y la recepción. La ubicación también es muy buena. Habitación cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

A las áreas públicas les hace falta mantenimiento. Techos con moho y humedad al igual que las instalaciones de la piscina con óxido y descuidadas. La calidad de los platos no es la mejor relacionada con su excesivo precio. Y me uno al comentario de muchos: TRM del día que llegamos 3,245 y cobraron la TRM del hotel de 3,900. Realmente una falta de respeto. Había otra persona haciendo check in que también se molestó bastante con este cobro. La respuesta por parte del hotel es que esa era la TRM del día, lo cual no es cierto.

En la habitación no encuentras agua de cortesía, no hay estaciones de agua, hielo o café en el hotel. Tienen solo un vending machine para agua, y cositas en paquetes

Ótima localização, equipe muito educada, café da manhã com boa variedade. Quartos amplos e com boas camas. Estrutura geral do hotel muito boa com piscina e academia.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Chão estava muito sujo e grudando. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada para uma melhor experiencia. Fiquei hospedado 3 vezes num período de 2 semanas e a limpeza foi um problema.

Amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones muy modernas y confortables. La cercanía al mar, nos facilitaron hasta las toallas para ir a la playa. Está ubicado en un buen sector, cercano a muchos sitios de interés. La variedad del desayuno estilo buffet. La organización del parqueadero. Fue un viaje familiar y quedamos muy encantados.

Cons:

Como están haciendo unos arreglos en la vía y temporalmente está en doble sentido, para ir al parqueadero que está en la parte de atrás del hotel, es necesario dar una vuelta larga. Pero eso es algo no inherente al hotel.
