Pros:

Clean and cozy hotel; the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was very good.

I didn't like that it's far from the Getsemaní neighborhood; you have to take an Uber to get there.

El aseo de los baños. Es realmente asqueroso el moho que había en los baños, todas las juntas con moho y ellos decían que era otra cosa, que para limpiarlo había que tumbar el baño. Pero sorpresivamente, después de mi queja en el día si lo pudieron limpiar mucho. Pero cuando cambie de habitación el baño era de otro color y con el mismo problema del moho. Es muy extraño la verdad, pero muy desagradable!

Hotel cómodo en Bocagrande
Pros:

Bien ubicado en Bocagrande, hotel con buenas instalaciones y habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Tiene piscina y gimnasio. No se escucha nada los ruidos del exterior.

Cons:

El desayuno buffette se podía mejorar bastante. Hay variedad pero por ejemplo los huevos no terminan de gustarnos y el café estaba insípido.

Le personnel de chambre est très bien et l’hôtel dispose d’un bon emplacement

Plusieurs mois avant notre séjour, au moment de la réservation, nous avions demandé un lit bébé, demande qui avait été acceptée par l’hôtel. À notre arrivée, on nous a indiqué que le lit disponible était suffisamment grand pour que trois personnes puissent y dormir, et cela sous prétexte qu’il était spacieux. Nous avons malgré tout maintenu notre demande pour obtenir un véritable lit bébé. Le personnel a finalement accepté de nous en fournir un dans la chambre. Nous avons attendu pendant une heure, mais personne n’est venu. Nous avons donc décidé de sortir faire une balade. À notre retour, nous avons averti que nous étions présents dans notre chambre. On nous a alors répondu que quelqu’un était déjà passé, mais que nous n’étions pas dans la chambre, et qu’ils allaient réessayer une seconde fois. À notre grande surprise, à notre retour, le lit bébé était bien installé dans la chambre. Cela signifie donc qu’un membre du personnel est entré dans notre chambre alors que nous n’y étions pas. C’est à ce moment-là que nous avons constaté que certains de nos effets personnels avaient disparu. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à l’hôtel. On nous a demandé de remplir une réclamation sur papier, mais celle-ci n’a malheureusement abouti à aucune solution ni réponse satisfaisante. Cette expérience a été très décevante et surtout très inquiétante. Nous vous recommandons donc d’être extrêmement vigilants avec vos effets personnels si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno y atención en restaurante. Demorado check in porque colpasan a las 3 pm con los grupos de viajeros. Aseo a la habitación aunque es bueno, la habitación tenía varias fallas de mantenimiento que la aseadora debería retroalimentar y no esperar que sea el huesped.

Cons:

Las aseadoras no dejaban los amenities completos, la habitación tenía cosas defectuosas como filtración de olor, porta jabones defectuosos, control del TV sin tapa y otras cositas de mantenimiento que debería ser alertada por la aseadora y no simplemente hacer el aseo y no dar aviso de estos temas que el hotel solucionó cuando uno de huesped le dice
