Pros:

La camera era pulita, lo staff era gentile e la colazione aveva una grande scelta, soprattutto tra il dolce.
La posizopne è molto comoda per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi (c.ca) i canali della città, inoltre il tram passa vicino alla struttura, in modo da raggiungere facilmente i punti cruciali della città.

Overall great experience, staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Cons:

Cleaning staff only serviced our room twice and only partially. Bed was not made, and the bathroom not cleaned, fresh towels and coffee had to be retrieved at the front desk.

Overall great.. Digital nomads beware.

Cons:

Internet policy is terrible.. I could not use Apple TV.or VPN. We were subjected to cable selections and schedules. Pathetic in this day and age. You should do better. We travel a lot. Have never had this issue before.

Desidero segnalare un episodio gravissimo e un comportamento del tutto scorretto da parte della struttura durante il nostro recente soggiorno.
Durante la permanenza, abbiamo utilizzato il forno a microonde messo a disposizione direttamente nella nostra camera per scaldare una focaccia. Subito dopo l'accensione, l'elettrodomestico ha iniziato a emettere una fitta coltre di fumo, probabilmente a causa di un malfunzionamento o di una mancata manutenzione dello stesso. A rendere la situazione ancora più insalubre e pericolosa è stata la totale assenza di finestre o sistemi di aerazione adeguati all'interno della stanza, il che ci ha costretti a respirare l'odore di bruciato per l'intera notte.
Nonostante il personale sia stato tempestivamente informato dell'accaduto, la gestione dell'imprevisto è stata pessima sotto ogni punto di vista:
Nessuna assistenza: Non è stata proposta una camera alternativa né un risarcimento (o un parziale rimborso) per il grave disagio subito e per il danno alla salute.
Trattenuta della cauzione: Oltre al danno, la beffa. La struttura ha deciso unilateralmente di trattenere la nostra cauzione, imputando a noi la responsabilità del guasto di un elettrodomestico evidentemente non conforme o difettoso.
