Good Hotel
Pros:

We stayed two nights here while we were attending a wedding at Dunes West. The check-in process, the rooms, The parking and the bar were just great. The breakfast however was not up to par with everything else especially since we paid $15. Each for meal. The omelets were small and flat with few ingredients and no taste and the same could be said for the sausage. This is not the normal fare I am used to at a Hilton property. Let me clarify, it was not bad but it just wasn’t tasty or up to Hilton standards. We DID enjoy our stay. However.

A convenient hotel in a good neighborhood
Pros:

Hotel itself is great. Surroundings leave a little to bee desired.
Pros:

The surrounding area looked pretty run-down and a bit dangerous. It left a little to be desired. We did not encounter any problems while we were there, but it wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

Looked like it was an industrial facility right out of our balcony. Trucks, ugly fence, etc. For that much money, I expect the surroundings of the building to be in an area different than a Days In.

The room was not that clean. We found stuff from the previous people in the room and the pull out bed was dirty. We called the front desk and they provided us with clean linen

Pros:

Comfortable beds. Lobby smells good.

Cons:

Needs to offer whole milk in the little store or just milk in general. Water pressure on the 5th floor is not great. Water pressure on the bottom floor is significantly better. Need more than one bar soap in the room.

Pros:

Nice hotel, but a couple complaints. First off the cold water in the bathroom always seemed to be warm like the hot water was leaking into it. Not into brushing teeth with warm water. 2nd, another Hilton property that makes you stop at the front desk instead of sending the digital key for some reason. I immediately scratch hotels that do this off the list. 3rd, I get ready to go to bed and there is a roach on the bedside table. And we all know if there is one, there are hundreds
