Cons:

La climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû changer de chambre 2h après notre arrivée pour revenir dans notre chambre d’origine le lendemain. Une nouvelle climatisation avait été installée.

Don’t hesitate - book this wonderful, welcoming hotel
Pros:

This hotel was exceptional - a highlight of our trip. The service was fantastic - we felt so welcome. The hotel is beautiful with so many thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the breakfasts - a really delicious selection. The hotel organised a day trip for us that was incredible - to ek balam and a cenote.

Nous avons adoré le cours de cuisine avec Mari et les explications de Ruben en français [bravo à lui pour l'apprentissage de la langue avec les clients]. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable

Cons:

La chambre familiale est vetuste avec 1 salle de douche hors du temps. Il n'y a pas de balayette pour les toilettes et les lits mériteraient d'être king size avec 1 attention dans la chambre [ça peut juste être un petit mot avec 1 biscuit]. J'ai trouvé ça léger pour un 4 étoiles.
